Our home is well over a century old - not a straight wall or level floor in the place. After removing all to be replaced, he was able to straighten those walls and fix the floor, prep and paint, install all new cabinetry, hang two new doors where bi-folds had been and created an exterior vent for the new over-the-stove microwave unit. When Darrell ran into unexpected issues (because, old house), he consulted with us to troubleshoot possible approaches to fixes and, when we arrived at a best approach, that's the action he took - all to our satisfaction. And that's at the core of what we loved about working with Darrell; he's not happy unless we were happy with his work, not satisfied until we were satisfied. He routinely checked in with us throughout his process to make sure he was meeting this goal.
