Friends, I am here to tell you that you need to stop perusing Yelp for a house cleaner and hire these folks, IMMEDIATELY. Do not overlook this company simply because they don't have many reviews yet. If they continue rendering such stellar service as they did for me today, their Yelp page will be overflowing with 5-star reviews in the near future! I contacted them 2-3 days before I needed a move-out cleaning. This being the "social distancing era", I send them video walk-through of my apartment and some pictures of particularly problematic areas. One of those areas included an oven that I never used for two years because it was already so DISGUSTING when I first moved in, and a storage area that mice had apparently been using as their personal toilet for the previous year, unbeknownst to me. Hairo did not make me feel bad about booking last minute, or for requesting Sunday service (when they are normally closed), OR for the supreme nastiness of my apartment's problem areas. He just said, "Yes, we can do this." He sent me a quote via text which gave a line-by-line breakdown of precisely everything they were going to do, and it was split into sections by room type (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.). Very organized and professional. Today was my move-out and their cleaning service was THE ONLY THING that was good about the day. Hairo and his team showed up on time for our appointment, and friends, you CANNOT imagine how mortified I was when they walked in and saw that I wasn't done packing yet. That had never happened to me before, and I didn't even know what to say. Hairo would have been well within his rights to cancel service for the day (because with a move-out clean, it is assumed that you will have moved everything out before the cleaning crew gets started). It would have been more than understandable if he had given me a look that said, "Come ON. This is unacceptable." But instead, he calmly surveyed the state of things, reassured me that it was going to be ok, called a fourth team member to come join them, and then instructed his team to grab boxes and start helping me pack. I could have cried, I was so grateful for the help. At no point did any of them appear frustrated or angry at the extra work. Instead, they smiled at me and reassured me whenever I apologized to them or gave them a look that said, "I know, I'm a piece of trash." They were each very respectful when packing my items and they did their best to put like-use items together in the same boxes. They worked quickly and were done helping me pack in just under an hour! My friend and I started to load up our vehicles to transport my boxes to my new apartment, and by the time we got back to pack up for round two, Hairo's team was done!! I couldn't believe it. I walked into an apartment that smelled UNBELIEVABLY clean and fresh - almost as if they had planted a grove of lemon trees somewhere behind the walls. Everything was literally gleaming and sparkling. It looked beautiful. Hairo walked me through the apartment to show me all the big tasks they completed as well as the detailed work on the problem areas. The graveyard of mouse feces was almost unrecognizable from before. They had even moved my fridge out from the wall to clean the droppings BEHIND it -- which I had not asked them to do but was so impressed by. Everything was perfect, and they managed to do it in 90 minutes or less! Hairo and his team needed to rush off to another cleaning job so I was not able to fully express my gratitude toward their professionalism, empathy for my embarrassment at not having been ready for them, and their positive, can-do attitudes the entire time they were here. I paid them via Venmo for the amount they quoted me, and then separately sent a gratuity for each of the 4 team members as a token of appreciation for their efforts. If I could have tipped them each $200, I would have. That's how much I felt they *truly* deserved for a job so supremely well done. So please, do yourself a favor and hire this company for whatever your cleaning needs may be. They are a family-run company and they are incredibly hard-working and professional. I took several of Hairo's business cards and will be handing them out to friends and colleagues whenever anyone mentions needing a cleaner! I can't wait to be able to use them again. read more

The week after Christmas my aunt needed to have her home completely declutterred, deep cleaned and restored back to a liveable safe environment after a fall that left her to need 24 hour care at home. She is a collector of things there was so much to go through and complete quickly, it was so overwhelming for us to go through. Hairo and his crew were able to make this a priority and come in and complete everything with in 3 days. He had a plan and decluttered and cleaned, placed things in bins and sorted garbage vs items for us to go through when she got home. Then a through deep clean of the whole house (2 br 2.5 bath) they then deep cleaned the carpets and windows. There aren't word to express how greatful and impressed we all are at this level of service. He worked with his mom on the cleaning, then came back the next morning to clean the carpets. He even brought some air fresheners to help with the smell. I had a tenant moving into an apartment that I wasn't expecting to rent for a few weeks. The apartment needed a good, deep cleaning and it needed one quick. I put out a Yelp request on Thursday, hoping I could find someone who could do the cleaning on Saturday. Hairo responded quickly and was able to come see the apartment later that day. He sent me an estimate that night and he was able to put my into their schedule for Saturday morning. Gloria and Shary came and cleaned everything (including oven and fridge). It took about 2.5 hours (1 bedroom apartment) and they did a great job! The estimate matched the final cost, so there were no surprises. It came out to a little over $300 for this job. Hairo and his team have been literal lifesavers for me. When I first hired them over the summer, every dish and pot/pan, coffee cup was piled around the kitchen needing to be washed for at least 2 weeks; not to mention the dust and random papers and clothes all over the place. They came in, with their own equipment and got right down to business cleaning everything in sight with nary a complaint! When they left nearly 4 hours later, my apartment was sparkling,everything had a home and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. They responded to my request for an estimate quickly, were able to fit my schedule to come look at the house and got back with the request quickly. They were available the day and time I needed them to come clean. The 4 person team arrived on that day promptly, masked and with all the necessary equipment for a deep cleaning of the house. They estimated it would take 2-1/2 to 3 hours for the job, but finished in 2 hours. The house was sparkling clean and everything was put back properly in its place. We had a great experience today with this cleaning business. Closed on our house, and realized it needed a serious deep clean before the movers came. Hainiel's cleaning service was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to have a team come the next day. Three people came to clean the house the next morning! They were great and the communication was very helpful. We did a walkthrough before they started so I could show them what I wanted and where needed particular attention. My favorite part was after they worked to clean the house for over 5 hours, Hairo the lead cleaner, did a full walkthrough with me to go over everything and to make sure it was to my satisfaction.
