I ordered five different types of 'diamond infused pre-rolls from Alien Exotics: 4x Watermelon Bubblegum (Sativa) 4x Alaskan (Sativa) 4x Fu**ng Fab (Sativa) 4x Trainwreck (Hybrid) 4x Zkittlez (Hybrid) When they arrived, I noticed that the pre-rolls were filled with trim. Not shake, not flower, just trim. I sent them pictures of the pre-rolls and the 'diamond infused flower' used in said pre-rolls. I have bought product from them in the past, so this comes as a bit of a shock. I dont know if Alien Exotics is shipping out shit product, or someone made a post-sale swap before delivery. read more

Well they stopped selling most vape juice and now mostly only sell Chinese disposable vapes with god knows what in the ingredients. They mostly seem to want to cater to getting people hooked on kratom and delta rather than remain a vape shop. They also list things available on their website that they don't have in stock constantly and they can't change the order, they make you cancel it and reorder thus wasting your time. The delivery fee is also $9.99 which is not a great value unless you're ordering in bulk. It's also questionable if they legally are even allowed to deliver some of these items. If you're just looking for vapes and juice go anywhere else. read more

BEWARE OF VAPEO2.COM SCAM!!! They took my money after I ordered off of their website and did not deliver my vapes! I ordered off of their website and then immediately called after paying for the order to see how their delivery service worked. They asked me to confirm my address and then informed me that they were about to pack my order and it would be leaving at 7pm. At 7:15pm I get a call from them saying they can't read my address so I give it to them again and they tell me they can only deliver up to 10miles (they charge $9.95 for delivery plus the $3 tip) and i am 12 miles away (still in Philadelphia where they advertise delivery too) and that they are now closed for the nite. I haven't gotten a refund on my money nor did I get my vapes!! Unless you have money to lose DO NOT ORDER FROM vapeo2.com!!! I live in New Jersey, in between Princeton and Trenton, and I didn't realize that NJ hasn't passed the law yet in order to place orders online or for a vape store to sell pre-packaged e-liquid, so I decided to take a drive to Philly and Vape O2 was not that far from the direction I was coming from, and Vape O2 happens to be open later than most of the other places listed, and they were easy to get to & find parking... they also had the exact brand of e-liquid I've been craving, plus the guys working that night were cool to talk to!! I have contacted them three times after receiving a bad batch from them. i ended up in ER. had my partner test batch and they also said they felt "lousy" and had a stomach ache. it's the manufacturers fault but they never seemed to care this happened--saying they'd get back to me (never did) and maybe offering a discount. I had never had this happen but googled it and most reputable sellers will refund you or swap out immediately. they don't seem to actually care. it was a horrible experience for me, and less than the money, I wanted to feel like someone was actually concerned. For clarity, I used this exact brand and strain before no issues. I have never been sick of kratom unless i took too high of a amount or had a really bad interaction. this happened multiple times multiple days. I knew something was wrong. I changed anything I was taking to rule out any interactions, took very small doses and still felt messed up. Gave it to boyfriend and because he's a lot bigger, he didn't have symptoms as bad but he's never felt lousy from a batch. I also used his strain and felt great, fine. used it for a few days--felt great and fine like i always do. it was clear that the manufacturer used a young strain or something. I originally was going to contact Bumble Bee but because I didn't purchase it through them wholesale, I knew they wouldn't help. there is a tendency in our society to gaslight women especially because they "cannot handle drugs." i have been taking drugs for years. i am very safe, and the few times things have gotten hairy, i mixed too many things. i made sure it was out of my system before i tried again. taking HALF A TEASPOON and nothing else and still feeling terrible. read more

Ordered for delivery twice and the system says I'm outside of the delivery area. Website stated that over $50 they deliver within a 10 mile radius. I called. The person 3 days ago told me that I was right and they'll push it through. Today they told me that they shouldn't have done that and it's only a 7 mile radius. Their scapegoat was that the employee was new and they would talk to them. However, website needs to be updated with the correct information. My experience today was 5 star! At 11am I called the store somewhat clueless on what I wanted. The gentleman on the phone walked me through the website thoroughly explaining all the different pod systems and differences between all the products I was interested in. He gave great recommendations and even when a customer walked into the store he politely asked if he could call me back to help me complete my order. On the return call, (less than 10 minutes later) we went over my order and color selections. He then packed everything up while I paid online. By 12pm I hung up the phone and immediately received confirmation emails and text messages. 1pm, my driver was on the way! 1:20 my driver arrived masked up, checked my id and handed me my order. I've never been so pleased with such fantastic customer service! I absolutely love my new pod system and the juices I received. I will be ordering again soon. Update: I read the reply from the owner but I'm talking about I placed an order in the morning, called in the afternoon to see if it would be out that day and was told it was already being delivered. But then I still had to go and pick it up myself just before the store closed. I'm less than five minutes away from this store. I broke the glass part of my vape and was going nuts, because this happened at like 9:15 pm and virtually every vape store was closed.. But not this one! They were so helpful over the phone, and I got there like ten minutes before closing but the guy was so nice, he even screwed my new tank thingy on for me. It's not glass, so will be less likely to break, and was amazingly well-priced! The only downside is parking near here is really, really hard and annoying. That's not their fault tho. I was in here with a friend when he bought a vape battery. The cashier informed him that if he was referred by a friend and provided a name and email address, they would both get $5 off. She let me know that if I came in to buy something and gave my friend's name and email address, I would get $5 off of my first purchase as well. I went in to purchase the same vape battery. I asked to give my friend's name and email for the discount that I was promised. A different employee was working. He tried telling me that my friend had to be there so his card could be scanned. I told him this wasn't necessary the last time I was in there and that I was promised $5 off if I provided the friend's name and email alone, the same deal my friend got previously. I said he "didn't know how to do that" and to come back during the week when the girl was working instead of even attempting to figure out how to apply the discount.
