Terrible service all of a sudden stopped picking up my weekly garbage called they said I wasn't…read morepaying but I haven't received anything in the mail saying I was behind on payments I've been with them for years and they messed up my autopay I missed two $20 payments and now they won't pickup my trash. Lady on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Over the years I've had nothing but problems with they're bilingual system it's ancient and doesn't work well.

Was using them for weekly trash service until the driver and I were discussing about not picking up…read moremy trash from last week and there be extra charges for having extra bags out. Waterman's office staff said it was ok to pickup the extra bags at no charge. 5 minutes later of discussing with the driver and the driver calling his office. the driver emptied only their cart and loaded it up on the back of the the truck. Not taking the extras and not leaving the cart to put trash in. My account is in good standing and paid in full.

Take it from me, these are the most joyful people you will ever see in this business. They seem eager to get their hands on your junk and are pleasant in the process. It's always busy around opening time when I typically get there but they are very efficient at getting people turned around and out the door. They make doing the right thing with your toxic items very easy to do!

This company will give you an estimate over the phone for you car (with or without a title)…read more However, there is no paperwork trail, so don't be surprised if you don't get what was quoted. When I called to get more information from the dispatch, they refused to answer any questions, even saying "call someone who cares" when I asked for them to double check. This company has at least a couple numbers linked to "other" companies, but it goes to the same place. If you are just trying to get rid of an old car and don't care about the money or the customer service, this company can do that, just don't expect anything impressive.
