None of the gages worked as apparently they were not part of the motor purchase and install. Picked it back up with half the gages working. The fuel gage worded and that was my main concern. The total bill was several thousands. When I got my boat back, the seats were cracked and the floor was squishy. They left my rig outside, uncovered the entire time. The job they did installing the motor and controls was sloppy, leaving lose wires and cables. Turns out the motor runs bad. Won't start very easy and then dies and won't start once it's hot. Over the 6 or so months it was there, I called weekly and no one ever called me back. Ever. This is bar far the worst experience I have ever had with any repair shop let alone a marina. I would never go there again and I would discourage anyone from ever going there again. They should not be in business. The owner is a twat and wouldn't call me back either. When I finally got my piece of garbage, the owner and staff blamed having a shitty machanic on staff that no longer works there. It was such a sad and awful experience. ​

PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No. PH 100% doesn't stand behind their own services of handling with care. Not even a long shot.

After three weeks of not hearing anything I did receive a phone call and was told that while they replaced my screen they broke the center button and will have to order a new one. I said ok and after 4 weeks I hadn't heard anything and called and was told they were still waiting for the part. A week later I received a phone call letting me know that they had fried the mother board of my iPad and had to order a new iPad in to replace mine. A few days later I was called to let me know that my iPad arrived and was ready for pick up. They asked me where the Sim card was and I had left it in my old device that was damaged but it wasn't there any longer. When I arrived I was still charged for the screen repair of $200 dollars which I thought was a bit weird due to them taking two months to damage and replace the original but either way I paid it and left. I'm still puzzled where the Sim card went and why with my new device I never received a box with it just was handed it and walked out after paying. The customer service was not the best and the small town nice feeling was definitely not there. I worked with AT&T and will be getting a new sim card but as much as I like to shop local I won't be able to work with them again or even recommend them to anybody.

We had some work done and some other issues appeared when we got it home! I called and Riley and the owner of Bitworks worked to get it fixed. (A driver issue).
