She is able to get to the root cause of a muscular issue. For example, my leg has been through it, everything from a major break requiring hardware to extensive overtraining with a well meaning Personal Trainer which led to the overdevelopment of some muscles and the under development of others. The combined imbalance in the muscle development causes significant cramping upon any exertion. It takes time, but Michelle is able to get the muscles into a cooperative and functional state. I always sleep really well the night after an appointment, because I don't have to deal with the continuous nocturnal cramping. I actually can sleep without fear of being painfully catapulted from my sleep while my leg muscle balls to the point where my tendons feel like they're going to rip right off my bones. Imagine if she is capable of that what you will experience with a relatively normal need to just relax or de-stress. Both my husband and I absolutely love her!!!

What made my most recent visit even better was how peaceful the spa was--there were only two clients, including me. The temperature inside was noticeably cooler than during my previous appointments, and the massage spot in the middle seems to have the best air circulation, making it much more comfortable. I hope Nina (the manager) or the staff who sees me there weekly will remember to put me in that section if available. Between the cool, relaxing environment and Tao's consistently perfect pressure, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep for a while--which, to me, is the best compliment a massage therapist can receive.
