Then(!), you work with Mihayla (the PT) more thoroughly on stretches and she is also amazing. Thinks through the way you present and shows you many stretches to help with the healing and then emails you them so you don't forget! She is also very friendly and encouraging. I've also worked with Stephanie for massages and she is also very thorough--asking me about painful spots, checking in as she works, and provides a very tranquil experience. Babette and Michael, the front office staff, are the absolute best! Super personable, friendly, and helpful with all the logistics. Started many years ago with me bringing a friend who had MS, I then started going there as well over the years To get some adjustments with our insurance coverages and after what took place today I am absolutely terrified and confused... I arrived early for my 6pm appointment with Dr Ball, I saw a new person at the desk, she was polite at first, i offered to give her my new debit card to keep on file.So I could pay my forty dollar coPay on monday or wednesday?Which is my payday as we live paycheck to paycheck right now with the high cost of living in washington state, usually the people at the desk are lenient about it.And it's not a problem, and we don't carry a balance... She was very argumentative, picked up the phone and started reporting it to a manager as if ive done something wrong . I was confused about her attitude, and I let her know that it's usually not a problem If i've ever asked and it's only a couple of days, we have very expensive insurance That covers everything.And she kept arguing... being disrespectful, I asked her to stop with her causing me stress as I was there for a painful issue, she kept lecturing, gas liteing, baiting me, I finally said please stop!! I went to room 4 , the door was open at that point, and I could hear her talking really loud in the front office about me.Saying untrue statements to someone on the phone... She saw me in hallway , I asked her to stop talking about me like that, inappropriate..she tried to force me to take her phone , i said not appropriate, and I went inside the room closed the door waiting for the dr ball to come in for my appointment. Suddenly the door burst open, Dr Ball had a look of anger on his face that I've never seen before he came rushing towards me, yelling , what did you do to her!! GET OUT !! I was shaking, I was not all the way dressed, n afraid of dr ball at that point, I entered the hallway rushing toward the door confused, Two more people started yelling at me.Get out.Get out, never come back here, get out.Get out. I was shaking , in shock, The front desk person, had some type of a break down, acting as though she was attacked, when I was in another room, not near her at all. The appt was, well it didn't help the issue I was having. I received many calls to make additional appts, he even suggested twice a week, which I did not do. Then I get a bill in the mail claiming my appt was not covered by my insurance because, "there was a hidden deductible for any office visits that are longer than 40 minutes." Really??? I'm puzzled that any insurance would have some hidden charge clause that an appt lasting longer than 40 min would result in a denial of payment. I called and left a message that this office confirmed my Coverage (otherwise why would I make the appt to begin with) so why would I owe? And my insurance said they don't have a deductible and secondly, they don't have a time clause of any appts. I received a call back and the guy apologized and said, "oh, that wasn't supposed to be on your statement"...... Long story short, they don't accept my insurance...but didn't know at the time that they didnt??? And had I gone 2 times a week as suggested....I wouldve been looking at an almost 600.00 bill....

The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! If you're looking for real treatment, I highly recommend Eden Clinic. They are lifesavers, and I'm so thankful I found this place.

Updating my review since it's been a while since I've been here. I stopped coming because I went…read moreon a trip & kept forgetting to reschedule. I came back because my upper and lower back symptoms returned. I haven't been consistent with exercises and stretching which caused the relapse. I like that they keep me accountable and remind me that I'm in charge of my health. Some of the staff has changed since I was here last but they are still kind & very helpful. The doctors are still great at explaining what's going on with me and tell me what I can do to improve. They tell me visits are frequent to start to allow continuous healing then we taper down as I improve. I want to get back to monthly adjustments to help keep all the pains away. Whether it's been a month or 3 years since I've been here, I always leave the office feeling a little bit better.
