Buyer beware! I requested a quote for the replacement of a broken window. In my submission, I included a photo of the window in question and received a quote of $375. When he arrived at the property, however, despite seeing a picture of what needed to be done, he revised his quote to $600, almost double! Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I agreed. Less than 24 hours after the repair, the glass broke in the middle of the pane - likely because of faulty installation or a manufacturing defect. I texted him to come look at it and repair it, he said the window was hit by something (it was not) and then he either blocked me or stopped responding to me. read more

They promise the job will be easy and quick just to get started, but they can't even properly balance a simple shower door. All they did was remove the door, clean the surface and put it back the same way it was before. Sure, they applied some silicon and saying no more leaking. He came out the day after I called to measure. He told me that the glass would be ready in about a week and in a few days he called to set an appointment for installation.
