I had an all-around amazing experience with Vertex Pro Glass, Hamlet, and the team. I used Vertex Pro's services for a glass door and panel for a walk-in shower, a half panel for a bathtub, and a large home gym mirror. For transparency I did have a cheaper quote than Vertex Pro, but I went with Vertex Pro because I trusted Hamlet due to how detailed he was with the measurements and discussing with me what the options were. I felt that the quote was very reasonable given the quality of work. I am very glad I went with Vertex Pro, Hamlet, and team. I was not always home while they worked but they communicated with me every step of the way and earned my full trust. I thought the turn around given the amount of work was also very quick. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about them. They were always on time, positive, and in good spirits. I reached out to them to fix my shower door that was previously installed improperly (so basically the bathtub is like 1° or 2° tilted and so everything else like bar and door etc were also tilted one way, so both shower sliding keep sliding towards one direction and can never stay close when showering). They came in, gave me a solution, and fixed it within 1.5 hours!
