I found Vertex Pro Glass on Yelp after searching for a company to help with a glass shower enclosure. Out of the four companies I contacted, Vertex was the first to respond and was able to come out on very short notice. I had a very tight shower space and was specifically interested in a bifold door, but I also needed someone who could assess the space and recommend the best option. Hamlet came out, took measurements, and carefully evaluated what would work. Hamlet even came out a second time with Aramen to take additional measurements and double-check everything before moving forward. I really appreciated Hamlet & Aramen's attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was accurate. Once I decided to move forward, Hamlet ordered the door on Monday. It was delivered Thursday and Hamlet and Aramen came out Friday to install it. There was a slight adjustment that needed to be made, so Hamlet returned the following Tuesday and completed the glass installation. Throughout the entire process, Hamlet was professional, responsive, courteous, and very easy to work with. Needed some mirrors installed along the walls in the garage for our home gym, so bid out the job to a few companies on Yelp. Vertex was on the higher end of the bids, but I still moved forward with them for a few reasons - they were fast and thoughtful with their communication; they came out the next day to scout the space and give an accurate estimate on cost - but they ended up also being the only company that noticed how one wall was uneven/sloped, and that it would require fixing prior to the installation. When my GC wasn't going to be able to address that on short notice, Vertex offered to do it themselves for a fair (and small) additional fee. That attention to detail was really notable, as was their help. When the install day arrived, it ended up taking them longer than expected to do the job, but they stayed through that full day and then adjusted their schedule to come back the next morning to finish up. They had a great attitude throughout. And the mirrors (and wall) looked perfect. They did such a great job that I did a second mirror wall install for another room with them. Thankfully, he was mostly unharmed aside from a minor cut on his foot. I was deeply concerned for his safety, and while I scrambled to grab a broom and shopvac, their team was already apologizing and taking control of the cleanup. They handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. They meticulously cleaned every shard of glass and hauled it all away in their truck - no mess left behind.
