He was responsive, efficient, arrived for our appointment on time, and even went the extra mile to install the borders I planned to use to frame it. He is meticulous with details and asks questions to ensure it will look the way you envision it. Our wall is slightly uneven so it took work to align the mirror and border. When they finished, they cleaned everything, which is so appreciated. He also gave us advice on how to fix a window that wasn't installed correctly on our house (by someone else). Luis and his team came and did a terrible job. I have two glass door showers that were passing water and told them to take a look. They first complained about what a terrible job the previous plumber did. Then they said that they could fix the problem and guaranteed that they can make the water stop. After doing the job they said that if there is anything wrong they can come and fix it -- no problem. I even gave them a $50 tip. That's the last time I saw them. Both showers continued passing water. After I contacted them and sent them pictures, they said they would come back and fix it. After one week and just hanging out and with no news of when they would come back I contacted them again. They said that because I was being a smart ass and was rude that they would not return. Who does that? Who promises that they can fix a problem, not fix it, charger $500 for it, then promise to come back when the problem continues and never even return a call. Either way, I went to Lowes and got some silicone and other parts and fixed it myself. It took no more than 30 minutes to figure it out. Most of the reviews must be false I imagine because I don't see how these two goofballs can do any job right. When they came to "fix" my showers they also left pieces of plastic and silicone on the floor, not clean. If I could give them a zero stars I would. read more

We had our shower glass installed by another company (not my choice my contractor's pick) and the door started making awful noises because it was misaligned and the glass was rubbing the metal. After repeated attempts to have my contractor to get them come out and reaching directly to the glass company and not getting anything for a week, I contacted Luis who replied almost instantly. He said he could come out tomorrow to check it out for me. The original glass company finally got back to my contractor and they're supposedly coming out tomorrow to make corrections but if they don't, I know I can call LC Glass and Mirrors. If the great reviews and initial contact is anything to go by, I wish we had gone with him originally. The worst part of any reno work is shady companies and Luis seems to be one of the good guys.
