Cons: - Many of the washers are out of order. One of the washing machines that wasn't out of order had huge clumps of hair sticking out of the holes in the tub. Gross. - Many of the dryers are out of order. In addition, there are several broken and/or junked machines in the front of the store, and the overall impression is that of management not really giving a damn. - No wi-fi - No bathroom for customers. This is an establishment where people have to spend two or three hours waiting on machines, and there's no bathroom? Really poor. The run-down condition of the place, the many out-of-service machines, and the lack of a bathroom far outweigh most of the "pros", which (except for the AC) I expect to find in a decent laundromat.
