My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed.

They close at 7 tonight l, even though it was only 6:45, and on google it says 8:00pm and was there night before till 8:00pm. So he literally was just so mad about us asking about the fake products he wouldn't let us buy anything and lied and said he had to start closing.. if he was closing he would have said that right when we walked in not after he tried telling us how wrong we were for tying to get to the bottom of his fake products he is selling!!! Because of the long Labor Day weekend, I wasn't able to go back to the store until today. I've had trouble all weekend getting the mod to work. I had my receipt in hand and went in today to ask for an even exchange for one that works. I was told by the clerk that "I didn't sell it to you. You have to come back when my boss is here." EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT! So I asked when the boss would be there and was told: "Next Sunday." By that time the mod will be more than 10 days old. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A STORE THAT WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN RECEIPTS (no signs posted anywhere in the store) FOR A DEFECTIVE, EXPENSIVE VAPE MOD. I will be finding a new store.
