Because of the long Labor Day weekend, I wasn't able to go back to the store until today. I've had trouble all weekend getting the mod to work. I had my receipt in hand and went in today to ask for an even exchange for one that works. I was told by the clerk that "I didn't sell it to you. You have to come back when my boss is here." EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT! So I asked when the boss would be there and was told: "Next Sunday." By that time the mod will be more than 10 days old. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A STORE THAT WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN RECEIPTS (no signs posted anywhere in the store) FOR A DEFECTIVE, EXPENSIVE VAPE MOD. I will be finding a new store.

Mike helped me with a decent selection of cigars- he created a custom variety for me based off some brands that were suggested and the group dynamic. He was very knowledgeable- when the guys saw the cigar bar at the party, they were very impressed with the selection. Honestly, Mike did a great job, the quality and quantity with the personal care was well worth the cost. They offer inexpensive to very expensive cigars and carry well known brands. The cigar bar was at hit. Mike even threw in a cigar box to carry them in, that we used as decoration on the actual bar. If you're new to cigars- they add little humidifier packets that help keep your cigars fresh and humidified so they don't lose their quality. Really happy with my experience. Literally had no knowledge of cigars when I walked in and was not made to feel out of place like I had been in at least one other local shop. I've already gone back for gifts. My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed.
