I am so sad to be writing this review. We have been customers here for years and it has always been such a great place and outstanding customer service. Not anymore.... My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed. read more

Okay so this vape shop is 100% 5 STARS in service, products, pricing and environment! The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars is because it says they are open two hours a day.... is this just wrong and needs to be updated??? Because if so I will update me review and write another review. UPDATE: no one told me or helped out.. which is super funny. At first glance this shop could be any number of vaping establishments, but upon closer inspection you're lead to a warm, clean, and plentiful shop experience. When it comes to cleanliness this shop has all others beat. The attention to detail in cleaning all of the surfaces, hell! even the floor to ceiling windows are wiped down regularly. Shop atmosphere? Well that's a tough one. When it's morning the shop and its employees give off a very warm calming early morning vibe, afternoons are pleasant enough, but the nightlife are where this places truly shines. Every Friday and Saturday Live DJ music, and dimmer atmosphere compounded with a vibrant experience make this place my go to on the weekend. The fact that it's across the street from a dope nightclub doesn't hurt either. Now to selection. This shop has not only the largest selection of mods, attys, tanks, and batteries, but hands down the best juice selection, with over 300+ Flavors, no other shop in town can compare, compound that with the couches, tvs, professionally trained staff, and chill coffee house vibe and you really have no excuse to go anywhere else. 5 stars because 6 isn't an option. read more

Great Service. Great Selections. Great Atmosphere. Every time I come in, the guys are always so helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need without trying to push an extra sale. I was having issues with the tank that I bought with my mod while in Vegas, and after coming into Luxor, I left with a new tank as the old one was crap and that's why I was having problems. They told they would keep selling me coils at $5 each that I would go through every few days but that I should consider getting a new tank since my coils would last 3 weeks or more depending on how I used them. Sure enough, new tank paid itself off in less than 2-3 weeks. Love this place! It has to be the best shop in town! read more

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to get a replacement glass for my tank that shattered. Ended up getting a new tank, batteries, charger, juice, and coils. Super friendly staff that recommended a Zeus tank and coastal cloud I've never heard of and absolutely blown away. I bought my mod about a year ago from Ted's vape shop. I had nothing but problems with it since I bought it which caused me stop using it and continue smoking. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they're selling but when they're helping you they don't make you feel like they're trying to make a buck. The prices of this place is a little lower than you will find at some of the vape shops but still packs a punch to the wallet especially if you go through a lot of liquid but I choose to get ALL my liquid at Mt Baker Vaper for a fraction of the cost. I have bought a few items from this place such as my sub tank and my IPV 4 which also cost more than online but I was able to get them right then and there. The atmosphere is the reason I would come here, its a lot nicer and larger than some places plus you can get coffee while you vape with friends. Got some juices not long ago from luxor when they had a deal, did not like most of them, some were a watery consistency yet supposed to be higher vg? Big watt cloud chaser rigs, tanks, and rebuildables to make you chuck like a pro. And even more INSANE sub-ohm juice choices for you. If Luxor doesn't have it, you don't need it. All that juice and hardware is great, but it doesn't make a great vape shop. Knowledge does. Talk to Joseph and he'll enlighten you and take care of you. He's as good as it gets in the vape game, and believe me, I've wasted time with enough knuckleheads to know whereof I speak. If you know what you want, he'll get it for you. Luxor is a top notch vape shop! Every time I go in there they are always super helpful with whatever I may need. I'm kind of all over the place with my juice choices and willing to try new flavor and they always have fantastic suggestions and an amazing array of selections on juices. I once lost my vape pen and went in with very little cash and just needed something to get me by for the week and they let me borrow a pen until Friday. When I returned it as promised, they were surprised I came back with it, gave me a sweet discount on a new pen and juice! Endless selection of e-juices, the staff was very attentive and nice. I do recommend there be a booklet though with all of the flavors because when I asked one of the guys about a certain flavor he didn't know the juice flavor, hence why there should be a book.
