I drove 15 miles through Friday traffic, leaving around 2 p.m. and arriving at 3 p.m. Once I got there, an employee told me he didn't have the tools needed to remove the batteries and couldn't do the installation. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. If they couldn't service my vehicle, they should have told me that over the phone instead of confirming they could. I would not recommend relying on their word without double-checking first.

I finally saw him and asked him for a wash and he told me the company had family problems and was unable to wash today but later on that day he was washing cars while I was stuck at the red light. This business is a complete joke. I absolutely don't recommend it to anyone. Im a Person who would of come by every Friday for a wash.

I thought it was gonna be a dragged out process (I'm not a car guy) and wait forever for it to be changed. Long story short, we were taken care of by my man Robert. He gave us a temp battery while my old battery would take a week to charge. We came back a week later and he basically told me told us the old battery is dead and useless (it wouldn't hold a charge). While we were on the phone, Aldo had me run a few tests at home already. He worked on my printer for a few mins when I brought it in and asked me to leave it there. Later in the afternoon he called me and said it's not worth it to replace the parts since new printers are so cheap these days. We decided to get a new one, and thus we owe Aldo nothing. We offered to pay him some money for his time and the diagnosis but Aldo didn't want any. I'm surprised that this place doesn't have more positive reviews!
