She is so great at communicating and just makes things so easy for your event. She's so detailed incorporating the theme of the event into the photo templates and will go over and beyond to ensure the photos will come out best for the type of event you're hosting. She provided me recommendations and I am so thankful that she did as our photos came out so beautifully! Her themed props were perfect and so much fun to use. Our guests had way too much fun taking photos! I also purchased a scrapbook in addition to my package and I'm so happy I did! I first had my experience with them at my best friend's wedding and then at another wedding. Lucy is great and very sweet. She and her husband team up to bring you the best. One of the best things is that you get many copies of the pictures, not just two. I wish I had used them more during my own wedding but I know my guest enjoyed the booth a lot! The props were super fun. During the initial contact, I emailed Lucy and the transaction was smooth and simple. She also helped me with my logo and logistics in picking the time for the booth. They're willing to "negotiate" prices with you to better suit your needs. We actually found someone with a lower price but after talking to Neilsen and Lucy they both agreed to give us a discount! =) They stayed an extra 40 or so minutes free of charge. Our guests absolutely loved it. We got the basic package so the price included setup and tear down, shoot time, photostrips, props (so many prop themes to choose from- like superhero, sports, creative..), LCD, attendants, pictures posted online and a DVD of pictures! They're also very very good at suggesting poses if you get camera shy and they're just so fun and easy going, it's hard not to do a crazy pose or two... or three! Priced around $545-$630 for 3 hrs (actually closer to 4 for us). We did some extensive searches for photobooth vendors and most, if not all, started out at $700 and can go up to $1.5K!
