I rented tables, chairs, and heat lamps for a Christmas party. Because the weather turned out to be warm, I had to cancel the heat lamps at the last minute, and there was not any issue. I've been using Joe's Party Rentals since my sister's graduation party in 2017. They're great! They're always very communicative and are patient with any and all of my questions. I absolutely love Joe & his family. I love that this is a family business and they still have stellar customer service. He answers texts, emails & yelp messages very quickly. I rented from Joe this past weekend, but we've used him at least 3-4 times prior. There is no fuss and doing rentals with him is a breeze. We usually rent a jumper, several tables and chairs, sometimes heaters, this weekend I rented a snow cone machine since it's summer. I LOVED that thing, lol. Kinda want to buy one. Joe's party rentals came through in the clutch! Planned a small event at our place (about 20 or so guests) and about a week before realized we wouldn't have enough room in the house when the party size about doubled, so I started to scramble for a local provider of tables and chairs. I called a few other places around and they didn't have anything available(which ended up being a good thing, in the end), and then I came upon Joe's party rentals. I admit I was skeptical at first because of the lack of reviews, but looking back now, I'm glad I went with them and it's really a hidden gem and unfortunate that they don't have more reviews, but hey, all the better for us who really read the actual reviews to know what a company or service is really like. I called after hours and got a text back asking what I was in need for. I indicated that I needed a few tables and chairs and was given a very reasonable quote. The chairs were dropped off the morning of our party and picked up the next day without any issues at all. The tables and chairs were all good quality and we had no problems with any of the equipment. I was able to meet some of the family and they were super friendly and down-to-earth. I know for a fact we'll be using them again more often in the future and it's great to find a locally owned service like Joe's party rentals. read more

One completely collapsed while a guest was sitting on it, and he fell hard to the ground. He injured his back and wrist bad enough that he needed weeks of physical therapy. When I informed the owner, Sylvia, her only response was, "Can you tell the driver when he pickup to put them a side thank you". I also asked for a partial refund for the unusable chairs (about 25% of them), but she refused and only offered an $8 credit toward a future rental. That completely misses the point--this is about client safety and accountability, not a small discount. They are lucky we didn't pursue legal action. This is more than bad customer service--it's a liability waiting to happen. The fact that they're still renting out broken equipment is unacceptable and dangerous. Think twice before doing business with them. They're unsafe, unprofessional, and couldn't care less about their customers. I will never use their services again.

Top notch photo booth!! We rented this booth for my nieces wedding and it was better than I anticipated, especially because it was so affordable. Approximately 8x8 enclosed panel booth was perfect when you wanted a large group picture. So fun! They had several panel colors to choose from... And even offered to get me whatever color I needed. I have used Joe's Rental for some of my kid's birthday parties. They have always been very accommodating and professional. They respond quickly and have a wide variety of items to choose from. I used to use another company but they would always deliver the bouncers late and the bouncers were old and dirty. Joe's Rental has always been on time and their bouncers are always clean and safe.
