I purchased coilovers from the "company". The online ad for the coilovers was specific to my 1992 Lexus SC400 (picture of the car and all). When I went to install the coilovers they did not fit, not even close. I contacted eMotor and the sales manager stated "they do fit", so I sent him photos documenting that they could never fit. I wrote back inmediately and they said that I had to pay the shipping, which costs more than $175, and the item was $195, just because they sent the item completely WRONG. They are known as a few names on eBay "bc they change it every time they get called out for a scam. Bought a turbo kit for a 2003 VW GTI Vr6 they advertised it was for that year and such. Reciece it. The exhaust manifold is for a 12v VR6 there are no 12v VR6 GTI'sade after 2002. Company gaslight me and called me a liar. Dispute THEIR OWN WEBSITE HAS THE MANIFOLD FOR SALE SHOWING THE MANIFOLD WILL ONLY WORK UP TO 1998 lol so they purposely sell kits with hardware that won't work and after enough threats they agreed to refund me but ONLY if I pay the $112 to ship it back. I bought 4 coil over shocks for my 1993 Mazda RX7 from this company and the front top-plate was not correct and the rears were too long and unadjustable so the ride height at the back was 1inch higher than before with he OEM shocks. They also neglected to suggest or offer shocks with adjustable dampers so changing the spring tension has to be done from underneath the car if it can be done at all. The owner refused to refund any of my money as I had to pay a mechanic three times to R&R the replacement parts: cost $800. My recommendation is not to buy anything from this company as no-one really knows what fits and what doesn't. Go to CXRacing.com. 30 phone calls and still I don't have the correct parts or installation and adjustment instructions. Sales guy was helpful, but the owner couldn't care less once he has your money. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered parts from them via their ebay name SUPERSTREETPARTS Contacted them before purchasing to verify fit for my vehicle Parts were found to be incorrect once my vehicle was torn down and I was forced to pay triple what the parts would have ran online. Sent parts back and now told they have the parts but will take them 7 to 10 business days to give me a refund. Being a disabled person on a fixed income I drove my car with bad wheel bearings while I waited to get parts from the cheapest place I could find and then was made t pay far more than I needed to just because this place can not look up a part correctly. I would advise everyone to look at their feedback on ebay and see that I am not alone with this issue from them. Seems they never make a mistake and if they have to give a refund they will make you wait for no reason. read more

Not sure who or why would someone give a 5 star to this place. To begin with in not sure if they are aware of who works for them. Parts are trash and it is true even though its a none name brand facility it goes to the saying " you get what you pay for" but also found other places that kind of meet about the same price as them and have better product. Now lets talk about costumer service, wow. One of or if so the worst costumer service poossible including their sales managers or just in general, management. Gave me the run around for about a month on damaged parts, sent me replacements which was great giving the fact that the first purchase parts didnt last that long in good conditions. When the reacements arrived they were already damaged. Sent them all the info with pictures about the parts and that where it all happended. A about 2 or 3 month run around. Refused to help and when they did i was to be blamed for a mistake that happened on their part. Sorry to make the story long but just wanted to share, vent out and inform everyone or anyone that wants to try out this place to stay away. I purchased a turbo kit from Frank for my 2000 Jetta 1.8t mk4 in April 2016. Fast forward to July and I finally had time to install the kit purchased. I ended up having fitment issues with the inter cooler piping and instead of going back and forth over the phone, I decided to trailer my car up to them and see if I could get some help. Again I had to opportunity to deal with Frank and he identified the issue and came up with a resolution that made it possible for me to finish my turbo install. Most times when you purchase kits like this from company's over the internet you take your chances, but I have nothing but good things to say about the product, as well as the great service and knowledge Frank had, and would highly recommend E-Motor/speedyracer to anyone interested in getting a turbo kit for their car. read more
