My car suddenly lost all its brakes and I was stranded in my office parking lot. I called B&R and they were super quick and very kind on the phone. They came in less than an hour and my driver helped expertly troubleshoot the situation, managed to backup and move my car with no brakes safely onto the truck and gave me a lift to Midas, all in the pouring rain. My driver even gave me tips on how to work with my insurance company to get reimbursed. I've never had a problem with B&R. I've used them quite often since they are local. Today, my mom's vehicle broke down and I called from my job to have them go over and tow it to the mechanic. The lady on the phone was nice and said she'd have someone over there shortly. My mom called me about 10 min. later and said that the guy was there already. They have always been fast, but that was REALLY fast. All total it probably took 35 min from initial call to delivery of my mom and her car to the mechanics. She said the driver was nice and even showed her how to climb into and out of the cab the right way (she's 75 yrs old). Like every other time, they are quick-and good about getting you out of the way of traffic as well (I was blocking traffic once when I called them). If you are local they are excellent! read more

Requested a tow through AAA and B and R were dispatched. Approx. 20 minutes later the call was closed as "unfounded". This information was obtained directly from AAA.. I called B and R and spoke with "Rick" who said he was responsible for the AAA requests and claimed that he never received one from AAA. Rick had an attitude from the start of the call then proceeded to tell me not to call from an "unknown" phone number again or my call might not get answered, even though I called the listed business phone number. GREAT way to conduct business Rick I would not recommend this company and have requested AAA drop them as a service provider. read more

Needed a tow from my home to an out of town repair facility. Very professionally done at the most reasonable price I found. They came to my house, and the driver decided my car would be better served by a different truck, so they sent a different truck to be sure it wasn't damaged. Don't believe the "24 Hour Towing" headline. I have used this company 4 times before with no problem. So I was shocked and angry when I just called (7/7/19 @ 4:30 p.m.) to schedule a tow, and was told by a (very clueless) man that I'd have to call back tomorrow morning when the office opened.
