We arrived at the date and time of 9 a.m. She had no indication of the appt and apologized stating she had been working there 2 weeks. They took the truck, anyway. We called at 2 p.m. to go round n' round with "Cornelius Bonner." Who is he? Received a call from Carmen at 5 p.m. stating truck was ready. Went to get truck to find that only the oil change was done. No detail, no common courtesy call or text to say the truck could not be detailed. Never ever go back to this dealer for anything!!!
