Newcomers is the Only jewelry store we shop at ! I bought my wife's engagement and wedding rings from there . Why ? Because I trust them ! Their service is great ! Their selection is great ! Don't waste your time, I took in a very expensive cherished ring to be fixed, they told me three separate times it would be ready. They never did it, very bad service. How are places like this still in business? Don't waste your time with amateur hour here. read more

I love this historic and modernly relevant jewelry store! The quality and stylish jewelry, excellent repairs, and selection is wonderful for many big-city jewelry stores, but especially since it is located in a Midwest small Amish town. The sale people are terrific too with great suggestions and personable. They are all price points of jewelry, watches and gifts available. read more

E. Newcomer & Son Jewelers is the oldest family owned jewelry store in the state of Indiana, and also the oldest continuously operated business in IN. Enos Newcomer started the store when he thought $8.00 was too high a price to pay for a watch, and today Newcomer's strives to offer the best quality Jewelry & Watches, for the best value... Through the years each Newcomer Owner has added a certain flair to the business, Enos was a carpenter...much of his original tools are on display thru-out the store, John Newcomer was also an optician who repaired glasses, John also started the watch repairs, Jim & Reed brought sewing machines and thimbles into store, and now Brad, the current owner, has brought the unique and original designer lines available only to Newcomer's in the area...and the art of fine jewelry repair & design. E. Newcomer & Son takes pride in the jewelry they sell, and the staff at Newcomer's will help you feel comfortable with your purchase.

Horrible website. Unresponsive staff. I did a search on the site for anniversary rings and…read morealthough there were several pages, only a handful opened to a picture of the item. I saw several I was interested in but no prices were listed. To find the price, I had to create an account and drop the items in my page where they would not open. I sent the photo of one of them to Sorg via their contact feature with a text explaining what I wanted. After a week of no response, I sent another and got the same no response. I went to the store to see what the item cost but the website would not open in the store and I couldn't show them what item I was interested in. I solved the problem by going to Hopman Jewelers who were more than helpful. By the way, when I told them in the store how bad the website was, their response was "we know". Bottom line, the store looks nice from the outside but it is terrible to try to purchase something from them!

We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me.
