The job was a big one, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The whole process began several years ago when we realized our retaining wall was on the brink of collapse. We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. Their mosquito treatment was prompt and worked well and the man was wonderful. But the lawn cut was awful- I thought they hadn't actually come so I had called since we were having an event the next day- and I was told by the owner that the trim wasn't included- who doesn't include the trim? and the grass look like the lawnmower pushed it down but didn't cut it. I called to say my sons would cut the grass the rest of the summer and the owner sent a nasty note back saying I was terminated- terminated for wanting my grass cut- good riddance I say. and I wasn't rude- my father in law was standing next to me and he said I should have been since I was paying for a professional lawn cut and it didn't look touched.
