I cracked my new iPhone 8 screen a month after I purchased it. This was the first time I ever had a cracked iPhone screen. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. My fiancé and I went down there to get his screen fixed. Everything went smoothly the guy was very polite and nice and told us he gave us one of the best screens to fix his iPhone Xs. After a month or two later his phone started acting up. The touch screen wouldn't work anymore while he is in the middle of using it. He couldn't scroll so he would have to keep locking and unlocking his phone until it was able to scroll again. Sometimes his phone wouldn't recognize his Face ID. And lastly through out the whole night his phone will light up on and off and it won't stop. We took it to Apple and they said the screen that was put on messed up his phone completely that now he either has to pay double to get the screen fixed through Apple or just get a new phone. I'm very disappointed at the results but you live and learn from the experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here you are better off going through your phone provider to get a screen fixed. read more

Called on a Monday and the guy who worked there was so nice. He told me not to buy the Groupon yet, come in and let him look at my phone. Went in on Wednesday and it was done in less then 20min. He also gave me the Groupon price. They charged $2 extra but I just assumed it was tax. It was still way less than $100. read more

My girlfriend and I went into E-tech service and repairs roughly 2 months ago to purchase a glass cover for her Samsung Galaxy S8+. Eddie, upsold us on the professional installation of the glass cover by his employee. After we purchased the cover and the installation for roughly $35.00 we were assured by Eddie if there were any issues he would help us. Literally, a day later there was a large crack across the glass case yet the phone was never dropped or tampered with. The following weekend we returned and Eddie told us he was all out of glass cases and we had to come back in 2 weeks. One month later we returned to his store and he still claimed he didn't have any cases. We asked for a refund and he refused. He even accused my girlfriend of intentionally breaking the glass case on her own which is completely illogical. Eddie is a compulsive liar and unprofessional. OMG avoid this place at all cost!!!! They moved without fixing my Ipad and stole my money. It took months of them doing a botched job on my ipad. Everytime I'd get it home the prob would start right back up. I kept taking it back. The prob was real simple to fix but they just didn't know what they were doing. It caused so much frustration and time dealing with these two brothers. Also one day they guy was telling me how great Trump was WTF? keep you ideas to yourself. Appalling! Anyways, after they ditched their Manhattan business and screwed over all their customers by moving with their money and incomplete services I had my Ipad fixed somewhere else. Fixed my iPhone 6 screen PERFECTLY and so quickly. The top of the screen was so smashed that I couldn't use it to make calls, and I had to use my phone cover (which is clear, thankfully) backwards to prevent more glass from falling off.
