I walk in and speak with the manager. I voice my concerns, will the colors change on the phone? He said not to worry, the phone will look and perform like new again. I came back before heading home and my phone was ready. Sure enough, the glass looks amazing. Great job to the guys at We Fix Phones. It's been a week and there has been no color glitches or touch screen problems. The repair was under $100 bucks after tax. i do not recommend this place. place is a scam. came to get my phone fixed they charged me 300 for the screen later on got told the battery was no good I needed a knew one for a extra 50. later went to get my phone ended up getting taxed like 25 dollars payed like 360 something. 2 days later my phone screen starts lifting up again and I never dropped my phone meaning my battery was no good, then my phone starts over heating and it tells me it has to cool down before I can use. don't go to them they are not good I got scammed just go to apple. read more

Took my ipad in on 3/29/2021 to fix a screen. Fixing the screen they broke the push bottom. I returned back to have the button fixed. In the attempt to fix the button, the screen touch no longer worked. I went back again because the button didn't work for the 2nd time and the screen issue , in the process of fixing the button again and the screen touch, the actual screen started to lift from the iPad! The problems I had today because of the false advertising and lying from We fix Phones is insane. They gave me a screen from china. An after market screen which screwed up my whole phone, messed with the motherboard and ultimutely my phone stopped working completely because of this HORRIBLE company. At at&t today they gave me back the parts they used on my phone and if I could upload pictures I would. This company cost me hundreds of dollars because of their false advertising. Had my daughters cracked screen fixed here. They said come back in 45 mins, an hour & a half later...still not done. Waited another half hour. Got the phone, driving home...about 20 minutes away, my daughter realizes the speaker isn't working. We go back....fixes it. We check to see thats it's working, all good so we think. Driving home again ...30 minutes away this time...the camera is cloudy... WE GO BACK AGAIN... The very nice guy says "oh I left the plastic over the lens" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! He apologizes and gives us a free screen protector. Nice thank you. 2 weeks later my daughter goes back to school in Florida, she can't get calls or make calls and it freezes up for 2 minutes afterwards. What does this mean? We now have to purchase insurance for her to get a new phone & she gets a day filled with aggravation. She's away at school...can't "bring the defective phone in" like the manager asks. Instead of saving by going to WE FIX PHONES it cost us over $300 to fix our cracked screen in the end. Do it right the first time...go to APPLE. read more

I must say one star because I was quoted $150 and a 2-3 day wait to replace my screen with one small crack and was told "yeah...it's a pretty tough job". Shattered!!! No, not my heart but the screen of my iPhone. I yelped phone repair and found this place and with the reviews and stars decided to call up. I spoke to one of the two repair guys who seemed fair enough so I went in. I dropped the phone off for 45 minutes which he suggested, then came back to pick up my repaired phone. Though my phone died right after showing me that it worked with the replaced screen, a Yelp discount was honored just by my word. In the past, they have fixed phone screens, but this time when phone died, they misdiagnosed it, couldn't pop in a battery to check it as didn't have one in stock. I bought another phone from them, with data transfer included. One month and 5 trips later, dealing with unhelpful salespeople (one exception: Jacob), I am still waiting on help with data transfer. Today THEY called ME and said battery is in we're open till 7, can do the transfer. I came in at 545 and was told in an unfriendly way, oh that was earlier, we have to close early. No apologies, "so sorry, can we reschedule", just "I've got to deliver these important boxes". If you feel like wasting your precious time, go there. read more

Convenient hours, place to sit, park, and if you want, you can shop and eat across the street at the Westbury Gallery (I love this area by the way) for your other needs. The repair for the cracked screen did take several hours, but was acceptable as it was for an older iPad. Without discussing anything about yelp (this is not a bought review) the price was very reasonable. Off the bat they were 20% less than the mall guys. In addition I want to mention Mitchell treated me very professionally and sounded very educated-spoke with confidence and I could tell he knew what he was doing, leaving my iPad with him. I feel confident in continued support for this store and will look forward to bringing more broken screens to them with the confidence of getting a great deal and professional work. I've been to these guys about 4 or 5 times now. And they definitely deserve this 5 star review. The first time I cracked the back of my new s6 just a few days after purchase. They did not have the part in stock at the time. But they placed a protective barrier for me in the meantime. And called me as soon as they were able to purchase the back glass. Another instance I dropped my iPad and took it in for repair of the front screen. I knew it was going to cost me big bucks. But low and behold the guy peels off my screen protector and shows me my screen didn't crack. I purchased a new screen protector and was on my way. I went here after having a terrible customer service experience at a Verizon on Franklin Avenue that told me they'd need 5-7 days to fix my screen for an unspecified sum up to $300. We Fix Phones did the job within only one hour for less money! I almost couldn't believe it after being told by the other place that it'd take so long, but I have my fixed phone back, good as new, and I couldn't be happier. One of the worse experience EVER. I've had to come three times to "fix" my iphone 7 plus. I got three defective screens. The first time the phone will type whatever it wanted . It would go crazy and it would freeze, I would try to touch on an app and it wouldn't do anything. The 2nd one they left some sort of film on the camera that it was blurry whenever you take a selfie. Plus the same flaws as the previous one. Their screens aren't apple. They are after market, so the color is off. The third time I came to get it "fix" I just wanted my money back because I was fed up and they wouldn't take the screen back because it had a crack and they wanted me to believe the phone didn't work because of the "crack". NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the hassle for an after market screen. The owner Avi finally decided to change the 3rd screen and tells me "I'll take the loss" as if I don't know these screens go for like $30 ( Google it). The third time they didn't even have my screen in stock so I was told to come back in an hour, I came back in an hour and the sales person call Avi to tell him I'm was there and Avi saids wait an hour. And to make matters worse my third screen still doesn't work, it has these bubbles underneath and it it still freezes. Also because I spend so much time at that store every time that I have been there at least two people come to complaint about their phone still not working after they "fix" it. Just to make it clear the guys on the front line tried to help and have to deal with angry, unhappy costumers and all they can do is go by what the owner saids. Stopped by to get a shattered screen on iPhone 5s replaced. Good guys with competitive pricing ($40 less at least than Apple Store) replaced screen in 20 minutes and added a protective screen at no charge. Only issue was that Touch ID did not work at first but after research online found out that a reset of network settings fixed that issue ( just let customers know going fwd). Paid $75 to replace cracked iPhone 6 screen. They work fast but phone touch didn't respond right with the new screen so they did it again. That screen better but not perfect - they said it must be the phone itself (even tho it worked fine when I went in). I asked if they use same glass screen as Apple and they said it's "like the same" (hmmmm...). I suspect quality is much lower which explains the cheaper price. (Incidentally, I asked for my cracked screen to be returned but they said they had to keep it for processing. What?) Only 1 star cause they were nice and service was quick but they didn't fix phone to my satisfaction. I think this is an example of "you get what you pay for". I won't go back. read more

My screen shattered, so I went here. The replacement screen made my front camera blurry, I went back and they claimed to have fixed it, it still was not nearly as clear as it should be. About a month later a screw fell out of the bottom, they then replaced that. My phone then fell off my desk at work and half the screen went black. I took it too a repair place in the city, where the worker informed me that whoever put the last screen on my phone used a 'counterfeit' screen and there were a ton of screws/pieces missing from the inside. Went in a few days ago to fix my iPhone 5S screen that had cracked very badly. The men working there were really nice and helped me right away. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment. They fixed the screen for $75 and did it in about 30 min. The screen looks absolutely perfect now!! So grateful for them helping me and being friendly and fast. They also gave me some advice about tempered glass covers and soft phone cases that can help protect my phone. I purchased a tempered glass cover for $15. So happy with the price and service.
