Horrible customer service. My grandmother who has peech problems called to place an order. The lady who answered the phone hung up on her because she asked if my son wanted ketchup or mayo as an order confirmation. So I pulled up the the store to place the order. When placing my order she realized she was taking this order from the last person she hung up on. She was fixated on recapping the phone call instead of taking the order. Then walk away without taking the order at all because she was wrong. They were not bust. They us prepare food on the counter top instead of the wrapping paper. They lady just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Until she met her match. From now on they have lost alot of business from my end. I make lunch runs for the worker at trulite and my family ordered there everyday. No longer spending my money here. read more

This business was recently sold and all of a sudden the changes that have occurred are ridiculous. Before, you could go in and buy a slice of hoop cheese at the front counter. Now, you go to the front counter and they have plastic containers of dried bugs for sale. Yes! Dried bugs that look like brown crickets. We don't eat bugs in the USA! Any fool that would try to sell that crap should have their head examined! Oh, and the friendly lady they had at the front counter for years. Well, they fired her. Stupidity on display! read more

DO NOT SHOP OR GET GAS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT - YOUR CREDIR CARD WILL BE COMPROMISED. Twice now, within hours of using my credit card at ET, I have received a call reporting attempted fraudulent purchases with my card number. I did go to speak with the owner regarding these incidents.
