It is a rich dish, but a unique flavor that is good at balancing out the fried and savory flavors. Lastly, I first experienced a halo halo here and it may just be a top 5 dessert. The prices here are probably the biggest pull factor for Sangam Mart, they are the cheapest Indian spot in the area by a good bit! With such short lunch breaks and the desire to not burn through your wallet, Sangam Mart has its place.
