I've been with Detlor Insurance for years now. After much todo with other car insurance companies, Detlor had the best rates. I bundled policies and the rate was still lower than other companies. Seth and Dwayne are great to work with and will go that 'Extra mile' for their customers. Switching insurance companies is a pain in the a$$ , I know! As of April 2019, I had been searching for quotes on home insurance, but those that responded were way over-top-expensive or some didn't respond. I contacted this agency owner for home insurance. He was very agreeable and seemed to be nice and cooperative. However, there was a time issue involved and he knew the deadline. After I sent him the information he requested, I never heard from him again. I emailed and left telephone messages to no avail. Seems like he disappeared.
