My car has sat on their lot for 6 days without moving, now it will be days late. Just don't use UZ, if your broker assigns them to you, demand another company.

There was never a quote submitted or confirmation from my part of ever needing the service when it was originally entered since I had planned on retuning the leased vehicle in the destination city I was traveling to. They refused to issue a refund despite not needing or using their services. If you give these people your credit card beware of future charges which may suddenly appear and you'll have no recourse. It's their word against yours and they will lie to your credit card company.
