My husband and I are not very knowledgeable when it comes to car repairs and have had some bad luck with auto repair shops in the past and recently. I took my Ram 1500 here a couple of weeks ago hoping to find a shop which did a decent and honest job on a front end alignment. I was fortunate in showing up here just after they opened on a Saturday, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes before they took it into the shop. Long story short: They did a superb job. I Needed an oil change ASAP and I read the reviews on this place, Found out My car was leaking oil. Found that out 3yrs later, Turns out the people I've been taking it too for maintenance didn't want to tell me or even bother too let me know i had an issue on my 98 corolla. Thankfully I found out why i kept putting oil almost every month. I've came here more times than I'd like, but anytime I have an issue with my car, I hit up Ernest and them boys! Easily the best customer service and always thorough breakdowns of my vehicle's issues and problems that I try to get fixed. They also have payment options if you're short on funds or just don't feel like paying in full. They haven't failed me yet.
