I've been using McGaw's for almost 5 years now. First impression on my initial visit was how nice and clean the whole place was and that the staff was very professional. They take the time to go over the repairs with you, what's involved, what (if anything) can wait, etc. Excellent work on my G35 and Accord. I've had a/c work, cooling fan that went out, brake pedal sensor, lower control arms replaced between my two cars and the work is done in a timely manner at reasonable (which doesn't mean cheap-but definitely less than the stealership) prices. They do let you know about upcoming services you may need, makes it easier to plan your next visit and budget for the cost. I continue to be amazed at how incredibly clean their garage is, it's cleaner than most kitchens I've seen. Very well lit too, things like that help a shop do better and faster repairs. read more

Unfortunately, I called at 4:50 pm to set an appointment for the following day and to see if they could do specific work. Online says they close at 5:30pm. I called and the phone answered. Deceptive and greedy. We took our sons old truck that he loves and earned his own money to buy with cash. We clearly stated we just needed the minimal done to pass inspection. They ran us a list of high dollar unnecessary repairs in a quote. One of which our son has already done himself in 45 minutes that they wanted to charge over $400 to do. read more

This garage was recommended by a longtime business associate. Their technicians performed the throttle body service and they changed oil using full synthetic like I requested. I had asked if they could remedy a small oil leak from the top of the engine. Yet, I could not find any charge for the repair of the oil leak. When I asked, I was told it was not serious. But they did fix it! The total charge was still a bit less than I paid at some shops for just the fuel system service. My car idles and runs like new. Everybody I met was very friendly (Spencer is So Funny!). My budget appreciates the added value. read more

We took our 2003 Altima that had not been driven much in two years to McGaw automotive and told them to get it running again. They went over the car with great care and detail, down to replacing the windshield wipers. The car is running great and the cost was less than expected. We've taken all of our vehicles to Brian and Gary's shop for over a quarter century, and I'm pleased to report they offer both extreme competence and solid integrity. When we drop a vehicle off first thing in the morning, repairs are usually completed on the same day. They have always taken the time to explain the problem, its implications in the short and long term, and our options for repair. What's more, they have rarely missed anything, so once fixed our vehicles stay fixed. I've never once felt like they were padding a ticket with anything unnecessary, and if a problem isn't a safety issue or likely to cascade into further problems if not promptly addressed, they've suggested a time frame in which we can reasonably delay repairs if necessary. And if they can't fix it (e.g., new tires or body work), they know someone nearby who can that we can trust. It's great not to dread auto repairs. *Definitely* recommended! read more

I have been using McGaws brothers for repair when i could not do it myself since forever. late seventies? They know the business and have never did something that was not needed or discussed first just to make an extra dime.
