This place is similar to swap meets/flea markets that you'd find in downtown LA and at the Roadium. They sell a variety of items, to include cell phone accessories, shoes, clothing, and nickknacks that one would take home as a souvenier. There are two levels to this place, and it is the same building as Plaza de la Mujer (which has nail salons, hair salons, and such). On the second floor, there is a coffee shop (D'Volada) which sells decent coffee and pastries, as well as sandwiches. There is a restroom upstairs as well, just make sure you bring some pesos in coins, else you can't get past the revolving gate. There is a small playground, if you're travelling here with kids. Despite the area, this place is actually safe. I've never had issues the few times that I've ventures here, and the workers are friendly and helpful. I've bought stuff here, and the quality is comparable to the price. If you're looking for upscale only, then stick to Zona Rio and the Hipodromo. While Apple stores at home were closed during the pandemic, this store was open, albeit with some restrictions. There was a line at the door, and only a certain number of customers were allowed inside at a time. There was a security guard taking temperatures and dispensing hand sanitizer at the door. One inside, we checked out options on Apple accessories. I've never cared to get anything other than an iPhone, but I decided to try out the airpods. I went with the Airpod Pros. The staff members helped us check out and configure everything in a short amount of time. And we were off shortly thereafter. This is a clone of the Apple stores found in the US, but the merchandise is legitimate. Keep in mind, products here are a bit higher in price than if they were bought in the US. For Airpods other Apple products, the increase in negligible, but for other items deemed luxury, the difference is more pronounced. The staff here was nice, hard working, and efficient in their service. The store was kept immaculate, and they had the same great options available in Apple stores at home. Whether you're a local or a tourist, if you're looking to buy a new Apple product, then this is a great place to make that purchase.

The funny thing is that despite a five-fold difference in prices, the Best Buy charger is still made in China, just packaged differently, so you are taking chances either way. IGE is apparently in the business to deliver cheap prices. Walmart does the same. Sure IGE can't compete on warranties with giants. This should be understood. So, I don't complain when I spend $4 on an item and it goes south. Frankly, I had a similar experience with cheap products regardless of where I bought them, including Amazon.

Upon walking in for my first time, the staff greeted me from behind the register. After looking at all the supplies, modules, and parts that were for sale, I felt like a kid in a candy shop! The shelves looked like my Amazon purchase history, although I had to restrain myself a bit to avoid upsetting the wife with my shopping spree. I was originally looking for multimeter fuse, sadly they didn't have the size I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and even gave me recommendations on where else I could go to find the fuse. It is refreshing to see so many positive reviews and that the replacement bulb for my Sony Wega KDF-42we655 lamp was IN STOCK. The price for the Philips OEM in housing was $50 cheaper than Fry's and over $100 cheaper than Best Buy (redirected to Buy.com). Although some people say they received their bulb in 24hrs, I had to call in after not receiving a tracking email. It took about 20 min to get thru to an operator and another 10 min for him to find my order and update the status. Turns out they didn't ship it yet and he assured me it was going out today (2 days after initial purchase). I find it a little suspect that 10 min after the call I received an email from UPS with my tracking number. I received the bulb a day later (total of 4 days) even though the DM warehouse is roughly 100 miles from my residence in California. The bulb is a Philips OEM and fit perfectly after install (10 min from box to picture on TV). A warning...The directions are pretty vague and the YouTube videos are incorrect. If you have my model, there are a total of 4 screws (2 on each back edge) that need to be removed and 2 more screws that loosen but do not need to come out from the back. Removing the bottom front panel is a bit tricky as it feels like you're going to break the plastic, but careful pulls will allow the panel to "snap" out. Unplug the TV, use latex gloves, and remove the old bulb housing with allen wrench supplied. Line up the new housing and make sure the bottom connection slides in with slight pressure (looks like 2 fuse plugs). Screw in the housing, replace the front panel, then screw in the 4 screws and tighten the 2 large screws. Plug in the TV and you will have a brand new picture! They said this is an OEM Philips bulb so it should be good for 6000-10k hours roughly 5-7 years. I went with DM instead of Egghead (redirected again) because of the positive reviews. So far so good!!!
