My Wife had a case with this attorney and out of her settlement they wat to keep 40 %. because they claimed they have to go to litigation but never informed my Wife of such thing. Even the previous day the assistant office Lorena when spoke to her did not mention anything about any litigation work.33 % is huge and 40% even worst. So, because it wasn't clear and because nothing was informed to her about going to litigation, I wouldn't recommend these attorneys at all.
