I bought a 2017 F150 listed as a 2018. On the drive home from the Dodge Jeep dealership I almost had a head on collision because the steering tried to lock up on a left hand curve, something that was not noticed on the test drive because the route was all right turns. When I took the truck back I was told to take it to the door service dept. I was told there is a 3 day wait before they could get to it. Two weeks later was the beginning of me having to make around 7 calls in a two month period while only getting two calls from the dealership to find out what was being done. At one time I was told the cost to fix it and was waiting to find out if I wanted to pay that much or not. I had to explain to them that I was not paying to fix something that should have been taken care of before it was even put on the lot. It took almost 2 months of me calling and complaining to get the problem fixed. The day I got the truck back I come to find out that the heater doesn't work and only blows cold air. Upon looking under the hood and finding a collapsed radiator hose I've already called about it and all they want to do it try to con me into a trade in on a vehicle I haven't even made the first damn payment on. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!! I loved our salesman at Team but I will never buy ever buy another vehicle solely based on their stupid service department. This has been a complete hassle to try to walk in for an oil change and be the first person in and it still take over an hour. We've had lug nuts not tightened after the tires are rotated and have lost them going down the road and also had things checked off of the service record that were never even looked at. Finance and sales are okay but if you must buy here, pay extra for your maintenance to be done at another Ford dealership. read more

Our experience was nothing short of a disaster. Elliott Ford sold us a new but defective 2021 Hybrid Escape that broke down less than a mile from our home. It spent two weeks at 2 different Ford dealerships where they couldn't find what the problem was, in the meantime Elliott took our trade in and sold it in a day for over three times the price they had paid us for it. They are holding the funds we are owed for our car while we wait for the DMV to send copy of the title. Getting any updates on the situation was difficult, neither Elliott nor Ford answered our calls consistently or communicated in writing effectively. Ford Marketing should have moved quickly to find us a similar vehicle instead of taking weeks to do a corporate buyout that serves the dealer (who also made significant profit with our trade in) but not us. Additionally, after finally rushing to find another car elsewhere, we now have TWO outstanding loans with Ford Credit, nobody seems to have bothered to cancel the first loan after it became clear the car was a lemon. We are very disappointed by both Ford and Elliott Ford. read more

WORST SERVICE DEPT. EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I paid $1800 to have my front end rebuilt. Lasted about 2 weeks. Brought it back to have the warrantied work replaced; it's really hard for me to leave it in the shop because it's my work truck. Last 2 times I brought it in in the AM, picked it up in the PM and was told they "didn't get to it because they were already working on someone else's". So, today I brought it in for an appointment i made last week and was told that their "front end guy is on vacation for the next two weeks". So I'm still driving it the way it is because i have no choice, I've already paid them everything i had. Would they have gotten it done if I hadn't already paid in full? I have to wonder. They also have very high turnover in their service dept., they've replaced most of their people just since I had the original work done. Lowest possible rating from me. read more

I want people to know I have been a service customer, long before Kathy was the service manager and Lance was the service adviser, even before I purchased my first car from them. My thoughts are that service definitely improved dramatically when they hired Ms Kathy as the service manager, and Lance as the service adviser. All I can say is, everyone concerned must have been having a bad day. Because in all of my trips to that dealership I have never been treated harshly, or seen any of them get all fired up. Our experience with Team Ford Navasota was by far THE best car buying experience I've ever had in my life this is our 4th car purchase and this was by far the shortest being out of there papers signed new truck in hand in less than 4 hours. We did not come in expecting to leave with a new vehicle, I was very attached to my Jeep and we were just coming in to see about the lotto special they were running. Tony was AHMAZING! Y'all I didn't even look at any of the vehicles on the lot. I told tony I was interested in a F150 one day, he had me come out and look at one and test drive it. It was the cleanest truck I've ever been in and drove. It had been beautifully taken care of and practically brand new. My husband has been trying to get me out of my wrangler and back into a ford for quite some time. I guess that day was just meant to happen. On 12/13/2012 I went to this dealership to get a oil change before the holiday rush. Plus when we purchased the car in 11/28/2007 we paid for extended warranty to include free oil changes and tire rotations and other stuff for the next 5years or so. My sister who originally own the car, sold it to me in 04/2012 with a clear and clean title gave me the ext warranty and coupon book for the oil changes. Me and my other sister went there at 10am to get the oil change. I get there I spoke to Lance Lavergne, he seemed very stressed and told me that they were shorted staffed and told me to go to their sister Dealership across the street and have it done there. We get to Team JEEP/Dodge/ Buick. I give Rachel the keys and we sat for 20 mins when she comes backs and tells me the V.I.N number on the coupon doesnt match the V.I.N on the car, told us to go back and raise Hell with Team Ford, cause it was their issue. Go back to Team Ford, spoke to Lance, he goes to check the V.I.N on the car. and tells me he will not give a oil change cause the V.I.N dont match and that I had to contact my ext warranty people to correct. I call the ext warrany people, they told me they would change theV.I.N int he computer, call the dealership with a authorization code so that the oil change could get done that day, but the ext warranty Rep told me they only put into the computer what the dealership sends them. I told lance that the ext warranty people would contact him soon with a code to do the oil change. he said no because the coupon book VIN stated a 2006 Chevy Malibu, the car outside was an 2005 Chey Impala. And his computer stated that my older sister purchased a Mailbu from this lot. I told Lance, this family has never own a Malibu, we had this Impala for the Last seven years. He told me he check the computer(DMV) again. He came told me a 2006 Mailbu was registered in my last name. I asked if my mine or my older sister name attached he said no, but its registered under your last name. I told him alot people in this area have my last name, but I nor my sister bought or own a Malibu. lance then told me it the customer responsibility to make sure the VIN is right on all paperwork. I then ask him, How can a customer be responsible for the paperwork the dealership/ or salesmen fax to the extended warranty people? He got slient as if he knew it was a mistake on the behalf on the dealership. Next thing I knew . Lance stood up and the Customer Service Manager came up behind me and she told me that the dealership wouldnt not honor the coupon becuase the V.I.N didnt match. I told her that I had the original buyer's contract at home stating the we bought a Impala form here. She got very rude and snippy with and said," who is this we?" I said my sister was the original owner, but now I own the car. Then she said did you buy it here? I said Yes in 11/2007. Well I dont need to talk to you, I need to talk to your sister, she needs to come down and cancel the ext warranty and purchase a new one if she wants free oil changes. I said why cant she get a even exchange, minus what ever coupons that have been used? She said no she has to purchased a new ext warranty, she might get a partial refund, but I doubt it. the only person I need to talk to is your sister. I then told her why would you charge my sister for something she paid up front for.?then this Katy lady just got loud with me in front of other cusotmers and her face was turning red and her eyes were bugging out of her head. I didnt raise my voice at her I was not rude. she then told me "if you want a oil change you will have to paid 26.99 for it." after that I grab a business card and left. i call my sister told she had to come down( after she worked a 12hr shift in ICU) to handle it. I went home found the original agreements with the bank loan from Compass Bank Stating a 2005 Chevy Impala was purchased and paid for on 11/28/2007, as well as the original buyers contract stating we purchased a 2005 CHEVY Freaking IMPALAAAAAAAAAAA. Here come the boom!!! I copy and fax all that to the Parts and service Dept to Lance!!!!! My sister call 10 mins after I faxed. This Katy troll got on phone and proceed to chew my sister out for not being present with the docs!!! My sister told her that she just finished a shift and was 10 mins away from the lot be would be there shortly. Then this Katy begins to say that she didnt understand what sent, then she said we purchased a Oldmobile 88( that was out trade In, says that as clear as day on the docs). then she get more flustered and tells my sister that this was way over her head and that it was a fiance issue, so my older sister told her then put some one else on the phone who knew what they were doing. Plus the fax was sent to Lance and Ms. Lady Sears( the service adminstrative ) and Not you!!!!( love that part) Older gets to the lot speak to the fiance mgr he tell her yep you bought a Impala and it was the dealerships fault. read more

I wasn't very trusting initially as when you drive 1000 miles on your motorcycle to get a new vehicle that cost more than houses I have bought. Made a good deal but worried they might add some document fees or other hidden costs and it would be hard to walk away. Truck was ready when I arrived, did the basic paperwork, they helped me load the motorcycle into the truck and I was ready to go. With a full tank of gas, 48 Gallons! read more

Sales are great, I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled then deal with service. Customer service is non existing, 12k on a 60k Expedition and they wouldn't turn warped router???? Thwn brought it in for climate motor had a bad connection kept turning off and on, nope not covered at 20k. Then drivers seat switch went out at 50k could not get answers. These guys will make deals but service is horrid, they can blame it on ford but turn my rotors it costs you nothing. I bought my first new for in 94 and after my last two fords im converting. This dealership is a joke, service and sales. Spend 30 minutes and drive to anyother dealership. This place doesn't care about it's customers. My car was in service for 24 hours and did not move from where I parked it when I checked it in. I took it to a different dealership that completed 2 recalls and did a 100,000 mile check up in less than 24 hours. Team Navasota does not care they just make excuses. BEWARE if you buy a new car read your contract word for word and make sure everything on the contract matches your auto cause the staff at Team Navasota don't care if it's not right. This may be the most unprofessional dealership ever. I am not sure how they stay in business. It certainly is not by selling trucks. I went to look at a used truck that they had listed on their website as a "make me an offer" "Bargain" vehicle. I drove all the way out there and looked at the truck. It was a nice truck although it would not start when I arrived (dead battery), and had a dent on one side (again not a deal killer, but a negotiating tool, right)? Once they got it started,I drove it and still wanted to move forward, so I asked if there was any room to negotiate as it had some issues, he said that he has no room to negotiate and that he actually had more in the truck than he was selling it for. No offer to negotiate at all even though the truck was listed as a make an offer vehicle. Nonetheless I felt like I drove out there for nothing. If this is how they treat customers trying to buy a vehicle, I can only imagine how bad they are on service. I ended up buying an identical truck with lower mileage for slightly more money, at Mercedes Benz of Greenway. They treated us like professionals and I would not hesitate to recommend the sales guy at that dealership Rik Hambright. read more
