This is a new review for this car wash for me. My last review several years ago was positive. This one is not positive. On Saturday I brought my wife's car in for an exterior wash. As we're going through the tunnel I noticed the brush on the drivers side is not working, just hanging there like a wet noodle. I mentioned it to the guy at the end of the tunnel but he just shrugged his shoulders. Next stop the guy to dry the car and polish the tires. Well the put a lot of effort into pretending to polish the tires. Sunday morning I take my car in for the same wash. Brush is still not working. So I mention it to the guy drying my car. He says oh yea I heard that. I guess there's no plan to fix it. I noticed that the mirror that's not getting brushed is filthy. The dryer guy doesn't seem to care, why should he. Next he puts a dirty rag on my windshield while pretending to polish my tires which left a big smudge. I ask him to clean it and he looks me like I have a lot of nerve. So let's get down to the nitty gritty. In my business I'm very familiar with this type of business. They're known as "cash cows ". That's right stand a couple of monkeys outside and just collect the money. Well what I typically see is when a business starts having financial problems they stop maintaining the equipment. A month ago I went there , stood in line for about 20 minutes, they were having mechanical problems with the belt. They finally closed the car wash and said to bring your receipt in the next time and you will get your car wash, because I had already paid. Meanwhile, I went to another car wash. I go there today, a month later, to get my car wash, present my receipt, and the first guy who worked there said " oh this is a month old, you can't use this". I explained to him there was no time limit on this and that I don't get my car washed every 2 weeks. The 2 nd guy said he's never seen this kind of "situation ". I asked for the manager. I waited 10 minutes, then asked for him again. They kept on telling me he was coming. Waited..... Here comes a man walking angrily to my car, annoyed. He states that this scenario never happened at his car wash because the workers would never do thst. He said They would give peoples money back. He treated me like I was lying about this. He said many times that this did not happen at his car wash, He was very aggressive. Meanwhile, a month ago there was a whole line of cars that left with their receipts and no money back. He was arrogant, aggressive, and was trying to intimidate me. I am a small 50 year old nurse, who was wearing scrubs and not being completely calm. Then he said, that he was going to watch the video footage and then immediately fire whoever did this. It was so ridiculous. For a $40 car wash. Needless to say that he was so belligerent, I did not even want him washing my car. I will never go there again. read more

Went to Beaver to get a car wash couple hours went by I realized my back window was filthy. I went back talk to the owner. He gave me a free car wash for next time with a gift card. I have to say I'm giving this establishment five stars because they stand by their work And it's usually a good job thank you we could beaver. read more

I wish I read the reviews before going here. Paid $50 and was extremely disappointed. It's run but young kids! Lazy!! Car was still dirty, streaks everywhere, and they didn't even bother on some spots. The quality is so poor, save your money and find another spot. After getting my car 'cleaned' here, IT SMELLS LIKE DIRTY WET RAGS THAT WERE CHUGGED IN A MOLDY CORNER FOR WEEKS AND NEVER GOT WASHED. INSIDE AND OUT. It still stinks to high hell with this disgusting smell that won't go away. While I was driving out, the smell was so bad and completely intolerable from the rags and whatever else they used to 'clean', I had to go straight to another one just to get the smell out. It's still not out completely. Apparently they never wash the rags and make your car worse than it was before going to clean the car. In addition, they don't even vacuum the car entirely. Many parts of my car were still full of debris and dirt that did not get vacuumed. I paid $42 for a cash wash. Not the highest and not the cheapest. They weren't overly busy but my car sat without being dried for a couple of minutes (they didn't have to dry it when they go to it). They worked on it for around 10 minutes but I'm not impressed at all. There were spots completely missed by the vacuum, water spots on the side mirrors (probably from sitting), and dirt still on the outside. I definitely won't pay $42 again. I would go back for the exterior wash only and I can clean the inside myself. read more

I went to Eagle Beaver today to get my car washed inside and out. For almost $40 they had me go through a self washing system then i pulled into one of their areas they told me to go to. I had two people come over and vacuum my car. They only cleaned my windshield and did not provide me with any cleaning of the seats or anything ( meaning wiping them down with any sprays). If that's the case, why would they even have inside/outside wash if you're getting a car wash and your car is not actually getting cleaned. This was a complete gimmick and I will never waste $40 coming here ever again. my car isn't clean and I will show you what the back of my car looked like after a "car wash". If I'm getting a car wash, I expect my car to be cleaned inside/ outside and my seats wiped and if they we're going to ONLY vacuum the back, they should advertise that and let people know instead of advertising inside/outside WASHING. It's completely overpriced and the way my car looks is absolutely ridiculous. I had to call them and to complain to a manager to hear that they only clean the windshield in the front of the car is absolutely insane to me. He told me to come back and he will vacuum my car when that's not why I went there... to get my car vacuumed?. I could've done that myself. i'm pist and should be refunded for this, it's a horrible job. not to mention that I had water spots on my window driver side because they didn't finish wiping it down. If your vehicle has been rained on or been wet by sprinklers don't bother coming here! My wife brought her 2018 Alfa Romeo here and pulled away with it filthy, I went back the next day and spoke to Steve the manager who was dismissive and told me that these are stains from rain or sprinklers... I don't have sprinklers so I guess they can't wash my car because it's been rained on. $40 including a $10 tip. I rarely go to car washes because they never do as good a job as I do. They do a terrible job here. I've given this place a couple of shots to get it right and unfortunately if you live in the area there's not a lot of choices. I tried them again today, such a ripoff. I paid for the most expensive package plus wax over $50. Watermarks all over the car, handprints on the windows, wiped the inside down with a dirty cloth. The ground is littered with garbage from cars with no effort to even put in a garbage can just random trash blowing all over the parking lot. Place is an absolute dump. read more

This car wash is defiantly convenient since it's right on 347 but that's all their claim to fame really is. The people who work here are 20 watt lightbulbs, it's like all they have to do is make fog on glass in order to get their job. I came here for a basic in and out wash and I have a roof rack on my jeep and it took them almost 10 minutes to decided if I could make it through or not. I've been to other car washes that have no problem with it so I figured I wouldn't have an issue here either! After my car got finished and I'm sitting in it I noticed how much they missed. Sticky slime left in my cup holder from drinks, tons of dirt and pet hair left on the carpet on the side of my driver seat. Like how half assed are you?? I got an oil change, then decided to get car done. They sent me on a line of 1 car that was already being done. I watched them put sll thr others cars that came out on lines with 3 cars. Do you know they were all done and im still sitting here. Now they send 2 girls to do my car and they are moving like turtles all the other cars coming out are being done faster then me. Employees wiping cars down allowed to wear metal rings on fingers and various metal pins and jewelry which can scratch car. Manager very rude and said if I didn't get a scratch from the metal jewelry, nothing will change. Will NEVER go back. read more

I come here after 2:00 (Because the line is very short) and a nice lady hands me a flyer showing these car wash packages. Now I'm here for a full service car wash that costs $17 bucks. Service has DRASTICALLY diminished to POOR over last couple months. When boss isn't there it's a total disaster the second he leaves! 3 strikes and I am in out of there and the monthly plan! Poor help getting them to timely help me hand dry car, they frequently forget tire shine. Had to dry my car almost entirely by myself on a Sunday and covering supervisor asked me To move my car and I wast not allowed to dry it because he claimed I was taking up spots for cars coming! I should have listened to the bad reviews. I will not be returning! I'm kinda confused as to what was actually cleaned on/in my car. My car was still filthy after they "finished". I never saw them vacuum, they just shook out the rugs. They never cleaned the back seat, I never even saw them open my back doors. Rarely do I write reviews but today I was extremely disappointment. I waited 1 hour for my wash to be completed, from start to finish. I understand that it was busy, but to pay for a $41 wash, and see nothing but mediocrity means I doubt I'll be back. I paid for the exterior and interior to be cleaned, but the navigation and dashboard wasn't even cleaned... It's the TWO things a driver is forced to look at once sitting in the car, and to see a poor cleaning job is a turn off. Was my car cleaner than before I went? Of course it was. But what I was unhappy with was the money spent and I still had my 1 and 1/2 year old sons handprints all over my mirror and windows. My trunk gets a ton of use and it was probably cleaned about 70%. For the price I paid I had better expectations. I'm disappointed because it is such a convenient location. read more

They do an OK JOB with your car and an even better job at finding your valuables. My 700 glasses disappeared from the visor. I called the manager and he said his people would never do such a thing. He was supposed to check the cameras and call me back and hitch he didn't even attempt to follow up he was saying that to shut me up. After being so upset and telling all my friends my close friends grandfather had his handicap sticker robbed from the same place. Went there 20 years ago and thought I'd check it out. Car was dirty. Treated myself and went with the Full Service Best. Car exterior still has dirty spots, trunk wasn't opened to clean the top of the bumper, streaks on interior of windshield, dust on doors. The wheels are nice. The interior smells nice. The carpets and mats are fine. Seats are clean. But I'll go to my regular spot next time. 2 stars for purchasing the best and getting a mediocre wash. read more

I am dissatisfied with the job the guys did. The car itself on the outside looks clean as far as the paint goes, but the rims were still dirty, and the inside of my car in the back seat was not vacuumed thoroughly. Streaks of window cleaner were left behind on my driver side window. I was told that my car was "ready" after only 5 mins of being out from the wash. The recent conversion to self service is a home run. You drive up to the kiosk, pay with cash or credit card and select the services you wish. You then proceeded to the wash tunnel where there is someone to guide you in and power wash trouble spots. You exit the tunnel with the assistance of guiding red, white and yellow lights. Complete interior care as well as tire care is available if you have chosen one of the full-service menus. The tunnel has been upgraded and does a superb job of washing and drying your car. Personnel are always more than helpful if you are not completely happy with the outcome.The unlimited monthly wash special is a real bargain. read more

I usually prefer to wash my own car. I'm particular and I actually like doing it, so why not? But, sometimes going to a car wash just make sense. Tonight was one of those times. My car was pretty dirty and it's just not warm enough yet to get outside and get wet, so off to Eager Beaver I went. I received a flier in the mail mentioning their VERY INEXPENSIVE night wash. So, I decided to give it a try. From 5pm-9pm Monday-Saturday it's $8.50 CASH, exterior only. I can do my interior (when it needs it) myself in my garage, so this deal was perfect for my needs. My car was filthy and it came out very clean. So, I'm happy:) They even towel dry. I assumed for the price it would be air dry. So, that was a nice surprise. One star off because the guy at the start of the wash yelled at me:( I would definitely go back for another night wash. The price is right! Don't forget to tip the workers!!!
