Right here in Sarasota Sadly this place has gone down hill. I went in for a full service wash with the up charge spray on wax and new car fragrance. They didn't do the fragrance and I'm pretty sure they didn't wax it either. I was right outside and didn't see them spray it on. They also missed some cleaning of the running boards and interior. I have 4 more washes on my card so I'll be back. Hopefully with happier results. read more

The last couple of times my husband and I went here, we waiting over 40 minutes for our car to be cleaned. We are monthly members, and they put you in a different line. Every single person who came in after me had their car finished before mine. After a half and hour I walked back there and my car had not even run through the automatic car wash! It seems like once you pay for the monthly membership, you are put in the back of the line. I don't have the time to waste on this, and there are a lot of employees there, but seems like no one is working together. We will not be signing up next year! read more

I paid for the monthly service, and to my shock it turns out being a member puts you at the very bottom of the service priority. Bringing my car into the member lane I realized everyone coming in to the full-service line takes priority over you! I was the only and first car in the member line and all of the other lanes were empty. I sat waiting for my car for 30 minutes as I watched twelve cars coming through and getting cleaned. I looked for my car in the washing conveyor and it wasn't there, I walked back into the check in area and there was my car sitting first in the member lane, and it had not moved in thirty minutes! But twelve full service cars went ahead of me. I then realized they do not make any "new money" off of me, I already paid my $64.19 monthly member fee, why did I matter!! I tried to ask the guys at the car cleaning area why my car is still here, and he kept yelling it takes thirty minutes to was a car, I told him I have been here thirty-five minutes and my car has not moved? It took me 50 minutes to get my car, I will never sign up for monthly member service with Eager Beaver! What a disgrace! read more

I do not recommend this facility.Do not waste your time and money. Today marks the second time.I've gone to this particular facility 08/29/25. and I have been screwed twice. first time they failed to clean the passenger.Door the center council, the driver door. the second time they failed to clean the back windshield, the back passenger and driver doors and vacuum the back floor they failed to clean the center council, the driver door and passenger door. i did ask them to retouch it and redo it, but still it was not done to my satisfaction. the car was not dried correctly.Water shrieks were left in the back passenger side and the middle section of the driver side. they also left a fingerprint on the display council.And on the passenger back window on both occasions I paid $49.00 + tip. i do not recommend going to this facility.Anymore, don't waste your time, buy the stuff yourself.And do it on a weekend or whenever you have a day off. i will be asking for my money back. read more

Without glaringly good reviews on any particular competitor in the Siesta Key area, I chose who was closest..."Eager Beaver" and am I happy I did. Pulling into the drive I was immediately greeted by Diego asking me how he could help. Sharing with him I wanted a good clean (in & out) not necessary a deep detail he walked through all my options and without much difficulty sold me on his top one time wash. His team went beyond expectations...helping me remove golf clubs and beach chairs before vacuuming and blowing sand from every crevice. They gave extra prewash effort in bug removal from my mirrors, grill and rest of the front end. Hand drying doors and lift gate surfaces, polishing, windows and mirrors. I couldn't be more happy with the final results. Unfortunately it was the last day of my stay so I will have to wait until next year to visit again. I asked if the wheels were done and he said "YES" when i got to the car I noticed none of the wheels had been done. I signalled another attendant and said these wheels have not been done. Eager Beaver did a horrible job on my truck! They took off my antenna (never did it before) put it on my dash (at the very bottom where no one could see it) and broke the knob for my AC! Then they didn't even clean my rims! I paid $50 for them to tear up my beautiful truck! Won't be going back. Let me start off by saying I used to worked at a car wash in Naples,fl for about six years detailing cars. I probably should've done it myself instead of relying on some incompetent company and staff. Took my 2025 Black ZR2 2500HD Silveradotoday to do a hand wash, down the street from my house in Sarasota for the second time since I bought it last time, it was a hand washed as well, but they ran it through the tunnel. I should've known then not to take it back. I told them this time I want a hand wash to take heed I just completed a PPF on the front of my truck and an eight year warranty ceramic coating around the rest costing $5000 later at a location in Naples, Florida called Next Level Detailing. After charging me $85, they vacuum, they brought it around the side and started pressure washing it terribly by starting from the bottom to the top of the truck. I could see this since I was standing on the McDonald's parking lot side. After the rinse one guy grabbed a 5 gallon bucket with some soapy water and a push brush pole and started washing the front end. Once he got to the driver-side still on the first dip in the bucket he continued to start from the bottom, going upwards, hitting the running boards then up the side of the truck he got all the way to the second set of doors on the and then the brush again back in the soapy bucket. I see him wash my entire truck dipping that brush in the bucket 3 times the very last time he dipped the brush is when he decided to get a step up stool and do the top of the truck . Like I said earlier start from the top then towards the bottom gravity takes place. You always wash any vehicle from the top to the bottom. Clearly this location does not know how to do a hand wash by starting from the bottom working your way up.You never want to pull the dirt and grime from the bottom of the vehicle/running boards to the top of your vehicle. Two more guys came over gave it a pressure wash brought it up to the front to dry it off. I Told them I didn't want to any tire shine/silicone on my tires since it always flicks-up on the side of the truck. After taking my vehicle home and looking at in the sun, many areas with their swirl marks from the brush they missed as well as scratches from dragging the dirt and from the bottom and lower end of the vehicle to the top of the door. I sincerely do not recommend this place if you have any vehicle costing over $100,000 do not take it to this place ever. I also left them an extra $30 tip just because I know how hard these guys work out in the sun. The previous time I left $100 tip because they were supposed to do it interior detail and before checking my truck I gave them including tip and paying for the wash that they didn't do correctly since they ran it through the tunnel that ran me $300. Management should clearly do a training course on how to correctly not just anyone especially charging the prices they do. nNow Towards management please check your cameras as you can see I've been there before and what happened today and this isn't should not be your standard. I have never written a review on any place I have ever been in my life and I have literally spent 15 minutes typing this due to how pissed off I am. read more

This place is one of the few Car washes that do a great job inside and out. They even vacuum your carpet and floor mats. I have a 2021 BMW X7 and I was charged $70 for a carwash, vacuum and to only wipe the inside down not condition just wipe with a wet rag. Was told I was being charged $25 to wipe the inside. I have the unlimited exterior wash package at Eager Beaver and it is very convenient for a quick wash. The staff is always courteous and nice. Once a month I'll have them do my windows and vacuum inside of the car. The person explained to me, that I had paid for "express" service that though includes vacuuming, is only good as it is. Whatever they do not pick up, is considered for "deep cleaning". I live in Venice and have unlimited monthly car washes.. so I am in there quite often...I had the misfortune of parking by a lawn sprinkler.. and the car was horribly spotted.. Guillermo (who also happens to be one of the managers) talked me off the ledge... first we tried the spray wax and when that was not effective.. he personally took it into one of the detail bays and did compound wax on the hood.. it turned out beautifully.. It's a miserable experience dealing with management and corporate if you run into any billing issues. They upgraded my package for a one time wash and then overcharged me for about half a year. The location apologized and gave me a gift card for a free detail (this is good customer service! ). Unfortunately the billing issue wasn't fixed and they continued to overcharge me, so they had to escalate it to corporate. After speaking with a customer representative, they decided that they didn't owe me any credits and that they'd cancel my subscription because I was dissatisfied (this is bad customer service!) I'd advise going to a different car wash to avoid the possible headache of billing issues/dealing with corporate! read more

I had a really bad experience with Johnny's car wash and I was in a time crunch because my car was being shipped overseas. The military has very specific requirements on how detailed and clean the inside of the car should be. Johnny's said they could do it and failed miserably. They didn't even fulfill what they advertise they'll do on their website. In tears I had over to eager Beaver and let me tell you they were absolutely amazing. I didn't even have to tell them the whole story. They took one look at my car and said wow they didn't detail your car at all.
