Do not use this car wash!!! They damaged my car and then Star,who claimed to be the district manager said they are not liable for any damage! Star could hardly compose a complete sentence and hung up the phone during the conversation. I have told everyone I meet not to use this car wash. On April 16 I drove my truck from South Carolina to Bradenton, (almost 600 miles) and went to get it washed after the trip. Coming through the dryers I noticed a foot long crack in my windshield directly in front of the steering wheel from the top down. I immediately pulled aside and filed a claim. After 2 weeks of no response, I contacted them again. They denied the claim telling me that I could get my windshield replaced for free by my insurance company. Really, someone has to pay for it. This business accepts no responsibility for any damage done by their equipment! Beware!!! read more

I have been to the car wash several times before until one day went I went through and the washing equipment wrapped around my roof rack on my car and ripped it right off. I went inside and a young fellow named Damian went into the car wash and picked up my roof rack and other pieces that came off and took my report and advised me someone would be contacting me and would email the report to me. I waited about 4 days and no one ever contacted me. I called the and spoke to Star a young girl who claims she is the manager and she said they are investigating it. I let her know I never received an email of the report. I waited again another 4 days and again no one contacted me. I called Star back (manager) and let her know I haven't heard anything not did I receive a copy of my report. She told me that they have declined my claim because there is noting wrong with their equipment. They didn't even offer to look at my car or put my roof rack back on. I asked her for the owners name and she would not give it to me so I looked it up on Sunbiz.org, official State of Florida website (public records) and found the owners name Steven Walborn and title manage John Glover. This is how the owners/management care for the customers who feed their mouths of their families. POOR BUSINESS DECISIONS! They obviously do not care about my business, however, they aren't only loosing mine, they have lost my entire family and friends of Bradenton etc.... I live and work in this town and am appalled by the way they handle their business operations. Not even the curtesy of a return call. This establishment should be shut down after reading all the other negative reviews. So sorry for them. read more

I recently stopped by Sun and Suds Car Wash, and I couldn't be happier with the experience--especially thanks to Clark and Vohelle. From the moment I arrived, Clark made me feel welcome. He was friendly, professional, and explained the wash packages clearly without any pressure. He kept things moving efficiently while still making sure I understood my options, which I really appreciated. Vohelle was just as impressive. He paid close attention to detail and made sure my car was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom. He didn't rush the job and even went back over a couple of spots to ensure everything looked perfect. Sun and Suds is still denying my damges after a claim was reported with them. I am very disappointed in their professionalism as a business. I will be taking them to small claims court. Since then, I live in a large community in Bradenton and have advised my neighbors not to use them. I guess they are not concerned about losing business or having a bad reputation. read more

No stars! They damaged my car, filed a claim, took photos signed the papers. No response, nothing paid for damages that are almost 1000.00!! Now I will go to small claims court to get my car fixed. careful sign up for there monthly subscription. I went today the care was and ten minutes after I left I had a customer who I did not know call me and ask how her License plate was add to my account. I told her I have no idea she then told me the manager she was talking to gave her all my information which made me drop what I was doing and go back to the care wash to Complain. After finding the man Wearing a black shirt he and telling him I wanted to speak to a manager about him give out my personal information she took me in the office and should me look this is your account and her car. I asked why he did not call me from the stores phone he got very mad started screaming and handed me hi manger card told me to get out and take it up with the manager. I asked what time the manager is in on Monday and he yelled who cares you have her number call her. I will be close my account and never using this car wash again if I going to be treated like this and person Information giving out without my permission. read more

Worst car wash! See my pictures. The whole back end of my suv was not washed. Not even touched. The lower side panels - dirty. Bugs and stuff still on my front end. For $20 I expected a great car wash. I've never had one this bad. Good thing there were wet towels in the vacuum area, so I could wipe everything myself. The dryers were terrible. I had to towel my own car. Water everywhere. The vacuums sucked...and not in a good way. Never again. read more

The high powered vacuums that you use before entering the automated wash, were free and worked really well. There were great tools available for making the experience what you want. Wow! Excellent customer service. Much appreciation to Bryant who greeted us and assisted in the purchase process, which was really quite easy. My car hasn't been cleaner since I drove it off the lot 2 years ago, and the interior smells like soaped-up suds, thanks to their soaped-up air fresheners. Bring the kids! My two granddaughters received a lollipop and enjoyed the entire washing process, highlighted by rainbow suds midway through. Super easy, excellent pricing, and clean car result. I sat in line as usual for approximately 15 minutes to get this wash (of which I am a member) and it looks like the car did not get washed. So I went to the office to remove my membership and tell the person at the desk of the problem and he just told me that there is a problem with the machine, If there is a problem shut it down and fix it do not have people waste their time. We used the Sun & Suds Car Wash when our car was covered in bird poop after parking under a tree this past weekend. We were helped by Angel who was fantastic. He showed us the amenities available to presoak the bad areas and pressure sprayed our floor mats. The car wash itself did a fantastic job on our very dirty car. read more
