But, every time I've visited, it's been quick in-and-out. Their hours are convenient (yay for later appointments to fit my teacher schedule!) Dr. Renaud is incredibly professional yet kind. All staff, from receptionists to dental hygienists, have been helpful, efficient, and super friendly. Their office is clean and cozy. Dr. Lee agreed verbally to refund 10,000 of the 15,000 we paid for the work. He never refunded the money. We brought the issue to the consumer division of the attorney generals office and Dr. Lee signed an agreement to pay back 8,500 dollars last October. He has still not refunded the money. We have had to pay additional money to remove his failed implants. We are disheartened and discouraged by his unethical care.
