I emailed my order to them on January 2nd with sizes and colors which was no big deal as we've done this time and time again and never had any issues. We were made aware that they were under new ownership as well. A while went by and the person that does the printing sent us an image of our logo that they've never had an issue with before with splatters, missing parts, you could see through the ink onto the hoodies and we overall weren't happy with them but they had printed the front of all 60 or so hoodies we ordered and it already had been a couple weeks since we placed the order, so time went on they "played" with the logo and it got a little better but still wasn't great. Taylor the owner asked me to come into their office which was fine I went in there to meet with him and he had the printing person meet with me, she was rude telling me that they'd asked me to come in multiple times and I didn't, and also said to me right in front of the owner I'm not going to argue with you, we can agree to disagree and walked away while I was still talking. We finally decided to just take the hoodies and shirts as we had waited over a month and were sick of dealing with it. The owner gave us money off which should have been done has the printing done on both the shirts and hoodies was terrible. We picked up the hoodies and shirts and our employees started trying them on, problems included hoodie pockets being halfway sewed shut, arm lengths inches to short, bunching and are an overall terribly cheap product. I mentioned this to the owner Taylor he said they were heavy cotton hoodies and they aren't, there is nothing heavy cotton about them they are thin and cheap, stated that this is a problem of the distributor not them. And proceeded to tell me, "sorry they didn't work out for you" and I then send him a picture of previous work we received before he was the owner next to the work his company gave us, it was a day and night comparison. I stated this proves me point. I told him the money we paid even after the discount was a waste of money which anyone who sees our product would agree. He told us that he barely broke even on our job. And that he'd mail us a check and to take our business elsewhere instead of making the job right. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. These were suppose to be a nice surprise for our employees and the product we ended up with is embarrassing to even hand out.
