We were closely monitoring the weather and had a reservation for Friday. The weather did not appear to be in our favor so we contacted Amber. She was such a doll! She agreed that Thursday would be our best option and since she had availability she rescheduled us. We arrived at 8am and after a safety brief, she provided a highlighted map of where we needed to go. It took us about 5 hours to complete our mission, so much fun. You will also LOVE my gel memory foam mattresses on every bed. After a long day of riding you will have the BEST night sleep you've ever had ! In the very near future you will see a new office/general store along with additional rv sites added near our trail gate, after that will come more cabins opposite those rv sites. WOW, that's a lot to accomplish in just 1 1/2 years, we're literally moving "mountains" of dirt ! My problem is we just can't build them quick enough for all the riders who have expressed overwhelming interest in staying with us. Let me also say a HUGE "thank you" to all my resort family guests who have already returned to our resort again after enjoying their first experience with us ! We're moving as quick as we can to add to our line-up of beautiful cabins & rv sites in one of the most gorgeous settings you could imagine.

Machines were wet and dirty when we arrived which wouldn't have been a big deal but we still had a…read moreto pay $70 cleaning fee for machines that weren't clean when we took them, one of the two machines had huge cracks in the center of the windshield which also wouldn't have been a big deal but you obviously have to pay when you break something so why wasn't it fixed. On our way off of the trails at 5:30 we hit a rock in the trail and bent a tie rod. It wouldn't have been safe to drive several miles on the paved road so we called Steve, and he said he didn't have anyone to come pick us up at that time that we should "limp it back to the shop". I asked him to contact me before he billed for any repairs and then I get an email that I was charged almost $300 for the fix that should have been less than $100. We have rented machines at other places in WV before with excellent service. I would not go back to bluewell atv again.
