I just met the Target crew and I have to say I've never had a more unprofessional encounter. Since…read morethey were set up in front of my house, surveying a lot across the street, I walked out to meet them. I just wanted to say hello since I was once a land surveyor in the 80's and 90's. When I asked if they were with "such and such" (a local company) the crew chief got out of the minivan and said "we have shirts on with our name on them" while turning to show me the back. Not 'hello' or 'how are you' or any other type of greeting. But what he said next really made me write this review. It was "you couldn't get me to work for (local company) if you held a gun to my head. I like to do a good job". This while he's standing with a cigarette dangling from his mouth next to their old unmarked minivan. So much for professionalism within a trade. The name Target struck a chord in my memory so I pulled my old surveys from the file. Sure enough it was Target that miss-located a border fence and had the house misrepresented on the lot. We tried to contact Target several times to get the errors corrected but after no response, we finally had to hire a local surveyor who located the subdivision monuments and corrected Target's errors.

2+ months after initial contact I have a survey lacking measurements for any of the poured concrete…read moreelements and also lacking utility placement. I was told these are "optional" elements. They are no longer responding to my emails. In the words of my landscape architect: "Unbelieveable!" If I could give them zero stars I would.
