The owner's name is actually Henry, and he was pleasant and helpful as we discussed questions and next steps for my snow blower repair needs. Note: Ray's does not schedule appointment dates for snow blower repairs or tune-ups before November. This makes sense, as Henry explained, he recommends you service seasonal equipment at the beginning of its designed season to guarantee trouble free operation. Scheduling the mobile truck service was quick and easy via Ray's web page, confirmation emails and calendar events are sent to the customer. You Do NOT have to be present for the appointment as long as the equipment is accessible on your property. The service ticket is left in your mailbox, and final payment can be handled by phone. Henry was prompt and professional for my mobile service appointment and the repairs were completed to my satisfaction and for a reasonable price. Ray's provides a 30 day service warranty on travel and labor and 90 day factory warranty on parts. I highly recommend Ray's Mower Shop for your onsite or mobile servicing needs. I will definitely use them again.
