After considering the age of our 22 year old fridge, time we had to wait for parts, food going bad, company coming from out of town - we decided to get a new fridge - luckily available for delivery the next day. The tech quickly diagnosed that the control board was he problem and that he could pick one up and be back the following day to install. Communication with the scheduler was great, and they did their best to accommodate to my schedule. The repair person arrived on time and completed the work quickly and neatly. Note: I had initially reached out to them within the Yelp app, but don't regularly check messages there. As soon as I noticed that I was missing notes I asked for them to change to text, which they immediately did.
