I was leaving the country for a while and found these guys at the last minute. Received a quote of $95/hr. So I proceeded in using this company in Oct 22 just slightly a year ago. Although prompt and kind once the move was done I realized I was robbed. My TVs and other items didn't make it to my storage but I saw them load on the truck I kept asking to place the tvs to the rear and place clothing boxes towards the front. Well almost the opposite was done except they just didn't put my TVs in at all!! And also some of the boxes of shoes and clothing is missing. Now Dec 23 I return with new movers to find an expensive and hard lesson learned!!! read more

I had an excellent move with Eric. He gave me a very reasonable quote, came on time, communicated via text and calls and did an overall great job moving me from a first floor to a second floor apartment down the road. I have moved about a dozen times and this was the first time the guys actually took the time to wrap scratch-risky items in plastic or they were covered with blankets. Everything arrived safely, zero breakage, and they even reassembled my bed with ease. Also took great care with some antiques I have had in the family forever. I got a lot of quotes but he was the most reasonable by far and I was beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism he and Leo showed! Both are also extremely friendly. Had the best moving experience with Muscle yesterday. They were fast, effective, careful with art, big television, and other random fragile things, and did the move in about 3 hours. *Also noting it was way over 100 yesterday and they muscled through it and didn't take any breaks. In the past I've used Groupons and the movers always dawdled to charge more and things were broken. The movers were very professional and charged less than I've ever been charged. Definitely would not recommend. This is just a disaster. Everything was set up and organizated for the movers to come in and load. I know I have damages and broken glass in the boxes. There is and was no respect for my items! It's all over the place! It's just a Mess! I have to have new movers take out everything one by one to view the damages and reorganize. Never in my life have I see such mess from a moving company. The lowest star I can give is a 1 and I'm just doing that for them showing up. read more
