Also, if you get sick, hope you had an apt pending, because they book up with apts for weeks out. When you need to get in, they are never available. Another huge thing was they lost all my medical records and after an apt on a Friday they did not send my prescriptions to the pharmacy forcing me to go to the hospital and be seen in the ER to get those prescriptions filled. I was told I was too close to being on Medicare (due to my age) and could not be seen. Please note I have insurance through my employer and plan on continuing to work and keep my coverage- which has nothing to do with Medicare. I was extremely embarrassed and was made to feel discriminated due to my age. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option.

Living in a…read moresmall town with medical professionals who don't think outside the box is difficult, which is why the majority of people in this town go out of town for appointments. My wife is pregnant and I want to be able to breastfeed the baby as well. We knew this was a possibility but didn't know where to start. Therefore, we connected with the lactation nurse at the hospital, who is amazing. She has spent a ton of her time figuring out how we can be able to do that. The process requires me to talk birth control, which has to be prescribed by a doctor. My doctor was Simon, so I made an appointment making it very clear this was time sensitive. The nurse sent Simon all the information about lactation for non-pregnant mothers. He refused the information from her because (his words) 1. She is not a doctor and 2. He doesn't do that stuff. He made me wait two weeks for my appointment to tell me he reuses to help my wife and I because he doesn't do that sort of stuff. He kept saying he wasn't an expert in that topic. I am really unsure of what he is an "expert" at to be honest. I made the comment that no one in Elko is an expert at this, but can't we all come together and figure it out? Nursing a baby is a natural thing, not a life or death situation. He continued to waste my time, pretending to "read up" on it when in reality he wasn't going to help me. His response of "I don't do that" was really "I don't help gay couples in trying to both feed their baby." I was so upset that he chose to waste my time in this situation when I made it VERY clear it was a time sensitive situation and to let me know beforehand if he would refuse me. (I felt he would because of how he has treated others I know, telling them they can't do certain things because they aren't married.) They assured me it would be no big deal. The second he walked through the door he started backpedaling and refusing to help me in any way. When my wife went in the next day to discuss the awful appointment, the employees all tried to pretend it was about something else. Lying to get out of being called out on how disgraceful that office is? Not ok! I am disgusted that someone with such power to help people, refuses to do so because of their sexual orientation. I am furious that he chose to waste my time and try to come between me feeding my child. I am ashamed to have doctors like Simon in this community. This is why we go out of town. This is why people don't feel safe. How can this bigotry be overlooked? Simon is a disgusting "doctor" and helping people is NOT his priority.

They're So sweet, great with kids and are patient with them. They have younger staff that help too that are good too! There's a private women's room if you're new to the gym or uncomfortable working out with a lot of ppl. Individual Pools, salt room, steam room, sauna, tanning beds, new machines, a track, classes, AND smoothies lol If you're worried about your kid getting used to the kids club just go when it's not busy. *10:30am/12pm, then before 5/6pm.* Love this is gym. Fo' real kine- Dr. Neilson got me in the same morning that I called. Receptionists were all friendly and pleasant. The Doc was so cool. Fixed my broken molar in less than 15 minutes. The office is extremely clean. I constantly observed them sterilizing. The next week I scheduled a routine cleaning. Chad, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough and exceptionally skilled. Overall, a five star experience. I'm thankful I found them.
