Because both of our long-distance rides were hassle-free. --- --- --- We used Eagle Eye twice in one week: once to ride from San Francisco to San Jose and the second time to go from Long Beach to San Diego. Both rides were excellent and exactly what I'd hoped for when I booked them. Our first driver was a few minutes late because he was blocked in by a tow truck driver, on his way over. And the last passenger left some large art work in the storage area, which he had to remove before we put our stuff in. But other than that, everything was as smooth as could be. The seating was roomy, the driver was great and he even allowed me to charge my phone with his personal outlet up front since the one next to my seat wasn't working. If I could change one thing, I'd wish that there was a way to tip through a credit card because I expense that through my company. Instead, we had to note multiple witnesses handing the drive cash and create a headache for our accounting team. But the important thing is: Eagle Eye transported us where we needed to go, when we needed it, in a comfortable and convenient manner. I will happily use them again next time the opportunity comes up. read more

Went to Sonoma with Eagle Eye Limos. These guys were super great. Very responsive over the phone AND through email. Our driver Gerry even showed up way early for our appointment and was super patient with our group. He was the real rockstar letting us play our music and hop to 3 different locations throughout the day. The bus we booked was for 23 people and was very clean and new looking. We even had a small hiccup with a fire on the way back from Napa and the company helped us resolve the costs from the delay. But that was soon out the door when we began with our first pick up. The driver was on time and very nice. For each destination, the shuttle was on time. We ordered a limo for about 10 hours and everything was perfect! Like most people, I shopped around at over 5 places and some quoted me higher prices and some lower. Not only where the vehicles on time he was even earlier than the agreed pick up time. Pricing was fair, UNLIKE THE MAJORITY OF LIMO COMPANIES OUT THERE IN THE BAY AREA. I'm very picky when it comes to spending money when it isn't necessary especially for airport transportation but these guys have changed my mind on that. Their cost is reasonable considering the service I get and is about the same amount of money as it would cost me to keep my car at the airport.
