I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

Booking the ride was a little confusing, the online form said I would need to call someone for an exact price and it didn't recognize the Yelp coupon code. I didn't have the time to call someone, so decided to wing it since I was booking for a business trip that was right around the corner. I left in the comments area that I wanted the Yelp coupon applied, and when I got my email quote back, it had been applied : ) Once I got the email with the quote, I noticed it said I had 24 hrs prior to my ride to cancel if I didn't like the quote. So although there was the option to cancel if needed, I still would've preferred the quote upfront/online. But in retrospect, none of that matters too much as the service was great and reliable, even in the wee hours of the morning! P.S. He accuses me of lying about me texting him from the luggage carousel area, told me that he was doing me a favor to pick me up and that he was not paid to do it. He even reminded me that he did not receive any tip from Chauffeur Adamo despite the 20% driver gratuity included in the fare.
