First they were paid to replace oil pan gasket, they did alternative fix, but didn't tighten, so it…read moreleaked so much oil I had to refill after every trip, and this is my work truck. By the time they could schedule me it had gone through 3 gallons of oil before they could fix it. Clearly their error, and cost me 3 gallons of diesel oil (at about $140), and when I had to take it beck to get that corrected, they never bothered to check or refill oil, which is pretty negligent considering it was their error to begin with. Also charged for and installed new starter: starter failed within 45 days, I understand that they got a defective starter, and not their fault, however; the way they chose to handle it clearly was. I called and explained MUST have truck for work, and so I must replace starter as the truck will not start or drive, I obviously cannot bring it back to them. I was told that was fine. After I replaced starter heard back from Shotgun Diesel: Was told because I didn't take back to them - despite truck NOT STARTING - they will cover NOTHING and it is my problem. Second time I had work done - before starter failed - was to replace climate control selector they said was faulty. Replacement is less functional than original, and lights don't work. Poor work quality, poor ethics, and remarkably good at not accepting responsibility for their mistakes.

I really appreciated the quality of his products (lifetime transferrable warranty on ceramic tints) and his attention to detail.
