When I shared that I was not satisfied with the outcome and that I could not recommend them to other customers, Luke said, "That's fantastic! Have a nice day. " Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! You can see in photos below their tint on the left does not shade the UV light like the tint on the right.

Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have been going to this place for 15 years to get tires, window tints etc... i send family…read morehere... I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? The normal guys aren't at the front desk. was there a massive exit?? Financial problems??

We then made an appointment to check out the radio/usb connection. Steve was very thorough and he and his team checked everything out. They spent over 1/2 hour and didn't find anything wrong. Instead of charging us for their time. They did it for free. We will definitely use Snow's again!

When I arrived, I was told the service provided for that Groupon would be vacuuming and wiping down the interior, no leather cleaning, no detailed cleaning, nothing else. Even though I used a Groupon, for $70 (that I couldn't cancel), I could've vacuumed and wiped down my interior myself...I was really bummed. When I picked up my car, I found that even the wiping down of the interior wasn't done well, there were areas in plain view that still had dust and crumbs left (& my car really wasn't dirty, it's well maintained). The staff was very nice both times, but I felt like I was ripped off with the interior cleaning service, don't know if I'll go back for anything in the future.

(nothing on the site said additional cost, I looked) I tried to use their 'chat' where they put in on a text with the local store. They refuse to use this and tell you to call in, when you call in they don't answer. So you go visit the location an get treated like junk. I walked in and got a harsh "HI" from the from desk kid, I said, "Hi, how are you?" but no response. I walked over the the desk he was at and said I was interested in a remote start. He says, "Let me guess, the $299, free install on our site?" I say "Yeah, that is the one" He says, "That is not the actual price, there are part that cost more, it says on our website" - like he is already super irritated I asked. I show him his site on my phone to show me, and tell me "Well its not on our mobile site!" For real?, that was his response! Ok, additional costs - I am thinking, sure maybe a wiring harness or something. Then he proceeds to walk around the store for about 3 minutes going in and out each door, I wait thinking he is doing something. He comes back and says he is going to look up my car. I ask if he can give me an idea of what I am looking at for price, just ballpark. He tell me "You are not getting out of here any less than $750 for that!", I ask, more than twice the price of the unit itself? He just looks at me like I am so idiot, that is when I just said I will take my business elsewhere, He says "Whatever, I was looking up your price." Anyways, the services hasn't changed ever. They lie to you on their site to get you in the door and try to sell you other things, classic marketing BS.
