Despite their schedule being completely slammed, Joe managed to find a way to get us into the schedule to pull the fence down, reconfigure it and screen the pool equipment. This took multiple visits which they managed to slip into cracks in their schedule... and they were instrumental in allowing the pool rehab to go forward on schedule. Unfortunately I have been unable to have Chris correct my fence gate. He texted me on July 9 2024 and stated he would come out and replace some boards that are warped and compromised. I first contacted him on June 4, 2024. I have received no phone calls nor texts since that date and have given up trying. I think the only way for me to be made whole is to go to small claims court. I paid $7,000 and am satisfied with the project except for the gate. Photos show the fence gate and the fencing attached which clearly shows the difference in the quality of wood. I expected more as anyone should.

But it took over a week just to remove the old shingles. Then he told me that he canceled the delivery of the new shingles that should have been delivered on 9/17/24 because the supplier didn't have a boom truck to place the bundles on the roof for him. Between 9/18 and 9/21, it rained for 3 days straight totaling 5 to 8 inches. The ice and water shield and tar paper was not waterproof as he claimed, because all that water went through my attic storage, ruined everything in it, then soaked through to all of my living areas, all 3 if my bedrooms and every other room. Now my house is gutted to remove all the water damage that happened. He didn't even finish replacing the roof until 10/4/24. Now it's all into November and my family and I are homeless while we wait to get our house put back together
