Pretty disappointing experience. The bar and kitchen are advertised as being open until 11 PM. We arrived with a group of 8 people ready to eat and have drinks. We were told the kitchen had closed early, which honestly wasn't a huge deal--we understood and decided to stay and have drinks anyway. What was frustrating was that by 9:30 PM, while all 8 of us were still there drinking and spending money, the staff started making comments about how they were closing and we could only get one more drink. If you advertise that your bar is open until 11 PM(sign outside even says bowling is open until 11), customers shouldn't be made to feel unwelcome an hour and a half before closing, especially when you have a group of paying customers. Also minimum of 8 more people came in and got turned away for a drink. I completely understand closing early if business is dead, but when you have 8 people sitting there actively ordering drinks, it's pretty disappointing to feel like you're an inconvenience. We would have happily stayed, continued ordering, and tipped well. Unfortunately, the experience made us feel like our business wasn't wanted. read more

Pizza is always really good but one of the bartenders was extremely rude to my group and I. We went to the bowling alley for pizza and drinks for my birthday and while checking out the bartender was extremely disrespectful. He was acting as if we inconvenienced him by asking for our check. He was so incredibly rude and dismissive. If the business owner reads these you can check the recording for 8/15 around 6:30 pm to see the interaction. By the end of the discussion he tries to make himself the victim. read more

This place is great! $4/person/game. We took our 2 and 4 year old at 11 right when they opened on a Saturday morning in January and had the best time! The staff was all so kind and patient with us and our young kids! Got pizza and cheese curds from the bar that were also very good! Will definitely be back! read more

Had a very disappointing experience here. Gentleman at the front made us feel as if we were inconveniencing him by asking if we could get a lane. Threw his arms up as if I asked him to name his first born after me. We were told anywhere from a 45 minutes - 3 hour wait, yet 6 of the 12 lanes were never in use for the 20 minutes we waited around. Tried to get a drink at the bar during the wait but no one ever came to serve us. Did not feel welcomed and ultimately left. read more

My friends and I were from out of town, but wanted pizza. We ordered a double cheese half pepperoni PIZZA! Now I capitalize the word because what we received was not pizza. It was pizza STICKS. We had 2 containers of marinara sauce, we thought they were being kind. NOPE, what we received also had NO PIZZA SAUCE,and the marinara sauce was dipping sauce for our pizza sticks! WTH?? we were 1/2 hour away and not going back. We felt jipped out of a good pizza, we still ate the sticks because we were hungry, but it was not the pizza we ordered. read more

My boyfriend's sister lives right around the corner from this place, and they ordered pizza for the family when we were visiting. Said the bowling alley has good pizza, so ok. They ordered a Hawaiian, meat, and veggie pizza. I have to say it was pretty good. My boyfriend loved the Wisconsin cheese. It's funny for he ate the meat ones and not the veggie, and we took some with us back to our lodge. However, we didn't get back to the leftovers until the day before leaving. He loved the vegetarian and was tempted to go get one right in the middle of the blizzard, but ti was really really cold out so we opted to not do that. just had the leftovers. Yum!! Took an 8 man party here to kill a Sunday afternoon and had a blast. Got absolutely sauced shoutout to Brett Double T who was an excellent bartender and kept a running tab for the whole group. Highly recommend. Blew enough money here to buy a double wide and move to the north woods. One of the bartenders was kind enough to run me to snag smokes and donated a roll of toilet paper for our cabin. read more

Good music and nice lanes but the bartenders are awful. It took forever to get a drink. Since she wouldn't come near us for over 10 minutes we waved that we needed a drink and she gave us attitude about it. Very poor service. read more

Their pizza is the BOMB! I have ordered several times for pickup. All times I ordered, they quoted me a 15 minute pickup time frame and each time, they were on time. I ordered the 16" Supreme. Vegies were fresh and sausage & pepperoni were great. I am typically NOT a pepperoni fan, but theirs was fantastic. The crust was neither thick or thin, it was 1/2 way between the two and just right in both flavor & consistency. Sauce is a little on the sweet side and it was really delicious. I had surprise visitors stop in and all commented they thought it was probably the best pizza they've ever had. I can't disagree with them. Only suggestion is for them to have their phone # easier to find, either on their website or on each page of their menu to make it easier to order. read more

My family and I had a great experience at eagle lanes while on vacation. Kids had never been bowling, and this was such a great classic bowling alley to introduce them to the sport. They also enjoyed the pinball machines and other games. Everything was so clean. Good pizza and apps. Fair pricing for everything too. Highly recommend Eagle Lanes. read more

We had a great time. The owner taught us how to enter our names into the machine, Some of us hadn't bowled since the pencil paper days. Our Lane broke down, but the owner quickly switched to another after he could not fix it. Alicia in the Bar and Kitchen was very nice and the Pizza was good. The other girl was snippy however, even though the place was not that busy. Over all, we laughed a lot. Must do it again! read more

Bowling is over priced. For the amount that you pay maybe they should put some money into this place and update it. They seemed to be stuck in the 70's still. They do have some pretty good pizza. The Italian beef sandwich is no good tho. I highly recommend NOT to order. I would for sure come here more with my kids if they place had a better environment read more

Eagle Lanes has the BEST pizza in the northwoods and it is reasonably priced. So even if you don't want to bowl . . . you should go to Eagle Lanes for the pizza. The cheese they use is awesome. Thin crust only, but a variety of toppings are available. read more
